“We broke out the Ichinokura Himezen Ume to settle down and watch the live broadcast of Chris Broad’s YouTube channel as he reopened his studio in Sendai after the earthquake, and we were very pleased to see Tippsy featured as a sponsor! This bottle is so nice chilled, a great way to relax and enjoy the day. Nice and sweet, fruity start and a honey like finish. Great to have straight out of the fridge but I’m intrigued at the info card where it says this one is also good hot. Might have to try that later, if the bottle survives the day. ;-)
