I looked up a few sites and settled on this one because it had a lot of resources on different types of sake. I learned a lot about how it's made and the difference between different grades. It had a break down of the flavor profiles of each bottle. I felt like i learned a lot and decided to pay homage to the site by buying a few bottles. I got the Kurosawa Junmai a "rich and dry" sake and Hakutsuru Junmai Ginjo a "light and dry". I love 'em both
