Hi Jessica, Sorry you have had to wait so long but your order was shipped promptly after being placed. Some regions require extra steps to ship alcohol along with our use of temperature controlled shipping can create some delays, but we do our utmost to ensure our customers sake is delivered as soon as possible and has not suffered a loss of quality from the trip.

“After years of being forced to blunder about the web looking for good / great sake to match what we could find in our favorite Atlanta isakaya (Sushi Mito), and article in Forbes about the woman brewmistress at Imada Brewing Company, we found Tippsy! By any measure Tippsy has an incredible selection and each offering offers detailed tasting notes so one can make an informed buying choice. And the range of selections! Wonderful. If you like great sake, you need look no further than Tippsy. Great selection, good prices, fast fulfillment, and decent shipping costs. Would be even better if they had a membership that provided shipping as a benefit (like wine.com) in addition to their rewards program. Give Tippsy a try -- you will not be disappointed!”

“Because we weren't able to go out to dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday as we typically do due to Covid-19, I was looking for something that would be unusual and unexpected that I could send her as a birthday gift instead. I found it on Tippsy! My daughter received the first package of the 3 month Sake subscription I got for her birthday yesterday, and she loved it! She’s looking forward to receiving her next package in August =) Thanks to the customer service team in helping to track this package and for their timely responses to my email requests. It was appreciated -- very professional and friendly service!”

“Ever since discovering Tippsy, I have been in "sake heaven"! Sake selection at local stores had been sketchy at best but having a source of wonderful and varied brands of sake in Tippsy has been a blessing! “Tippsy is great! I've been wanting a service like this for a while. They have wide selection of sake I can't find anywhere else in my region. The price is appropriate for the amount you get, I feel, and the website and customer service have all been fine to use. No issues there. I also really enjoyed the cards that come with the boxes to describe each sake more in detail. It's a fun way to try new sakes and learn about the world of sake in general. And, if you find some you can't live without, you can order those directly! The 1 thing I can suggest is that they mix up the types of sake they send in their monthly boxes a bit more. I enjoy trying variety, but many of the ones in the subscription were of the same sake type. That's not to say I didn't enjoy them, I just would have liked to see some less common types as well. They seem to have an affinity towards Ginjo, but I often enjoy Nama or Nigori types and those were not present, or just really sparse in the 6 months of my shipments. Regardless, I will certainly be back once I finish off my stockpile!”
