“Superb Customer Service !! Very friendly and helpfull !! Due to my fault the Sake had to be delivered a second time. Still Tippsy Sake represtantive gave incredible support. Thank you so much. Besides that, the Sake you can purchase is 1st class, even within Japan. Looking forward to the next one.”

“The monthly subscription has always been something to look forward to regularly receiving. The 3 bottles generally differ in taste and the cards that explain the sake origins and how they come to their final outcome are great.”

“I was looking for a specific Sake and found it on this website. I found other Sake brands I want to try based on the information the website provides for each Sake type. Since I live in California, the Sake was delivered well in advance of the suggested timeframe.”

“The sake was good , but the delivery from fedex was horrible. I never got the tracking order number . They sent the package to a completely different house, in a different neighborhood that wasn't even close to my house. They didn't do the adult signature to the person that was home, they left the box at the door and the fedex person signed for it. Thankfully the person at the other house was super nice and brought it to the house. But besides that the sake was great, I would like to reorder but I'm now hesitant due to Fedex.”

“As far as I know, Tippsy is the only way I can get rare sake that is usually only sold in restaurants. Great service and acceptable shipping times based on the need to keep things refrigerated during transport in these hot summer months!”

“I love that Tippsy is a legitimate service and I love the wide selections of sake that you can’t find in stores. They are super responsive too, replying to my email inquiry within half an hour. I also like the driving idea of sharing good sake directly with consumers in America! I was able to buy sake I tried and loved at a restaurant, but couldn’t find in any stores around me. I will definitely be using Tippsy again in the future!”
