“Hidden fees during checkout. Don't say it is free shipping then have a handling fee. Also, received an email saying it was out for delivery, only to receive it 4 days later. Happy with the attachment though. Versatile little attachment. Says for stumps and tree transplanting. Which I did get it to help with trees, but it scoops stones up really well.”

“Really great working with you. The assembly instructions in software are better than paper. Only problem was I ordered the wrong wagon because I didn't see a listed size and should gave a 600 vice the 400.”
“POOR Product Quality Control. purchased a quick attach, 4000 lb, 48 inch pallet fork unit. Arrived in 2 or 3 separate shipments which wasn't an issue. The issue is the frame which holds the fork is welded WAY OFF from end to end allowing the left fork to literally fall of when raising the forks!! the right side is welded at 16 1/8 inch and the left is welded at 15 3/4, that's a difference of 3/8 inch!!! the top of the fork "lock" just slips off over the rail! I purchased this unit on 8/26/23 (today is 5/30/24) and have RARELY used them other than on a pallet with narrow fork openings a couple times! I guess my only advice is to be the quality control person yourself and inspect upon delivery because I sure missed it, was not noticeable until TODAY while trying to use with both forks all the way out.”

“This is really not about the piece of equipment. But things that happened getting it here and getting it to function with our tractor. Several times it was listed for delivery but it wasn’t so I called customer service for the delivering co.as I had been staying home to receive it. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. She actually tried to called the terminal where it was coming out of once it would be delivered. She couldn’t get an answer so she said she Would make co bract and would call me back which she did. She gave me a delivery date and gave the driver my phone number so we would have ample time to get my guard dogs secured. Fortunately my husband was home when it came as I would not have been able to get it off the truck . The driver was very courteous and helped . For whatever reason the tail gate would not go to the ground making it much more difficult to retrieve it from the truck. Eventually my husband and the driver were able to secure it and get in our driveway. Probably due to the fact it weighed over 1000 pounds made what might have been simple a lot more aggravating in being able to move it. Will this deter us from buying from Titan No. this is the 2nd product we have bought in the past couple months . Josh has helped me both times and was very helpful in taking my order when my I couldn’t get it done on line”
“Ordered this off the Titan site. Received it two days later. I have used the heck out of this thing on stumps, roots, weeded areas and even dug a trench. I have a Kubota BX2380 and the tractor will break LONG before this attachment ever will! It's built really strong and it is by far the best attachment I've ever bought!”

The product is not as much a tree puller as it is a tree shear. It cuts the smaller trees off.
