“Recently I made a purchase for a “scratch and dent” item with Titan. The Shipping folks said that it had been picked up, but UPS only indicated that a label had been made. I never received the item. I spoke with Jo Rollo to follow up. After another week, I spoke with Cassandra. In each conversation, first with Jo and then with Cassandra, they were very courteous and professional. Even when I was not on my best, they maintained their professionalism.
You have at least three very excellent employees who are capable, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous all the while. The third person was Joshua who helped me with the initial order and then helped me again with a follow-on order for a new version of the item that I still wanted.

“Everything I've purchased from Titan has been top quality and "as advertised," except for one PTO shaft that was shipped with heavy black paint fouling the release buttons on the couplers, and heavy black paint and some kind of fibrous material jammed into the couplings. It took a lot of effort to remove the paint and clean the splines in the couplings. Once that was done, it worked as described.”
“Welds were junk, I promise you these will break and I'll need to re weld them. 4 bolts holding tines on stripped as I tightened them. Bolts stripped before even compressing the lock washers. Holes to pin the arm in place didn't line up and will need to be bored out to allow this to function properly. Shipping crate was destroyed upon arrival, which I recognize isn't your fault,but shipping was a joke. Shipping was slow, stated it would show up on a certain day and then it woudln't.”

“Would suggest not purchasing from Titan!!! I have a flail mower that I got new from Titan. A hose went bad and they use an odd size that can’t be purchased anywhere. They said they would have some in stock soon. 8 months later and no hoses in stock and now a bearing for the rear roller. They don’t stock, nor do they have any idea when they will. That was my last purchase. Woodmaxx is my new go to company. I’ve shared my experiences with all my ranch groups”

“First, let me say that the 175FLAIL seems to be performing well. The reason for the low rating is the way it was delivered. Most importantly, there was NO USER MANUAL! Hidden below the mower, where it could not be accessed without destroying the box it came in and physically moving the mower itself, was a QR code that would get you to a manual. Even then, the manual was labeled 155FLAIL rather than 175FLAIL, even though it covered 5 different models of flail mowers. It was shipped without gar oil. This fact was not mentioned in the manual on any of the pages dealing with use of the mower or adding/changing the gear oil. Nor was there any mention of how much oil was required (a useful thing to know when one goes to buy gear oil). In addition, I purchased this mower because I had earlier purchased a Titan quick hitch, which worked acceptably. The flail mower does not fit the quick hitch!”
