I will never buy anything titan attachments again due to not being able to get parts for your equipment. It’s took 2 months to get some flail mower blades and now I’m told it will be September before I might be able to get a rear roller bearing for it. This is pathetic.

NO INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO ASSEMBLE WERE PROVIDED - WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT NO INSTRUCTIONS - TITAN REFFERED ME TO A YOU TUBE VIDEO WHERE THE CUSTOMERS HOW TO FIGURE IT OUT - HOW TO ASSEMBLE, BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, do not buy from this company. I bought a quick attach hay spear for John deer global system. The quick attach does not work, you have to install the spear and deinstall the spear before you can pick up or remove the attachment. Unless you have 30 min every time to bolt it in and remove it I would suggest looking elsewhere as this is not compatible with a quick attach. To return it they will most definitely charge you shipping and the full 20% restocking fee. They will not accept responsibility for a bad design on their equipment but will rather state the product works the way they intended it to work no matter what the issue is.

I purchased 10 brushes, 5 were delivered, 5 refunded, not in stock. The five I have are not enough, useless. Don't advertise stock you don't have.

Don't expect to get any service on Titan products. I have been trying to obtain a simple jaw pin for a 6 ft grapple for over 6 months. Answer is always call back in 4-6 weeks. Their customer service model is simply not support their products. While my grapple worked well at first, I would advise against any purchase of a new product.

My order has not completely arrived! I am still waiting for my Pallet forks they have been missing and lost in shipment. So far my experience with your shipping company has been very frustrating the least. I’m hoping that I receive the rest of my shipment soon.

I was told from the beginning that what I wanted would fit my tractor. It did not . I canceled my order well before it left the warehouse but with the lack of communication on your end it was sent out anyway. I was charged on my credit card and now waiting on a refund. It was purchased early June and canceled just a day or two after. In my opinion your sales staff needs more training and those that take calls in a call center can’t understand English . I’ll not recommend your services to any of my friends or family. I’m in a cattle business and time and money is a very important factor.

We have one of these and one of the hydraulic cylinders blew out. We have reached out to Titan to get a replacement without a satisfactory response. So our attachment is worthless.

Gave me a 10% discount when I ordered a fork attachment and billed me the full price, it wouldn't have bin so bad but the salesperson told me to not buy the economy one because he couldn't give me the 10% , so I bought the standard one , so I paid more money and they screwed me out of the 10% anyway. So they suck

Product quality was well below what was expected. Fork carrier had build-up that had to be ground to allow forks to slide in carrier. Carrier had missing and chipped paint. Carrier looked like it was several years old. Extremely disappointed with quality control and shipping practices. No protection on items. Only a label slapped right to each item.

Titan simply does provide customers support for their products. Bought a grapple rake and a pin backed out and was lost 2 weeks after the warranty period expired. 4 months later, Parts/Product support cannnot source a pin but somehow has them in their in stock new units readily available. Ester, in parts is a nightmare to deal with and will not allow access to a manager, in hopes of pulling the needed part from manufacturing, which is a common practice for REAL manufacturers. I have 5 pieces of Titan attachments and will never buy another.

The quick attach implement does not fit any of my equipment. The hook on the for the top link is very poorly made! It's cut on a water jet machine and is NOWHERE close to being on location. The customer service from Titan is lack luster at best. Their poor design won't work and they will not take it back. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I will never purchase from them again!
