Your team of experts said this would fit the make and model of my tractor,wrong. It not only didn’t fit but it took me several emails and phone calls to get someone to send me the bill of lading so the trucking company could pick it up and return it. I just hope and pray that I get a full refund because of your mistake. I don’t know how many times I emailed and called to get the bill of lading sent out. The trucking company said you should know that. They had to make two trips out here to pick it up. Your customer service definitely needs some help

I can’t comment on the product because the shipping department is abysmal. Product shipped missing a major assembly item in the crate. Replacement part was packed on a Friday but didn’t ship out until Tuesday afternoon. Maybe I’ll get to use my mower before summer is over. Just got the missing wheel frame and shipping screwed up again. Only one frame instead of two.

My 20 Ton log splitter arrived last week with blunt-force damage to the motor and a missing wheel bearing so we can't attached one of the wheels. The machine is unusable. After multiple calls and emails to Titan product support, we have no feedback or plan from Titan about what the company is going to do to make the machine work. If I don't hear an acceptable plan by this afternoon, I will contact my credit card provider to stop or recover the payment and tell Titan it's their responsibility to come pick up the broken piece of junk.

I got my bucket teeth with wrong bolts after I had informed titan about complaints from previous customers about receiving wrong bolts and then I was sent wrong bolts again for second time still waiting on correct bolts to come very poor service I live in Tn and am disappointed with Titan a Tn company

I am still waiting for the right parts. First attempt sent out the wrong sized spears for the frame that was ordered. Went round and round, sending pictures of what was sent and many emails. Second attempt, the main spear is now correct, the two 24" spears are the same as the original that were sent out. Again, sent pictures per Titan request. At this point, 7-17-2024 I don't know when this issue will be resolved. I hope soon, it’s only been 2 months since I ordered the original hay spear. NOTE: I have bought thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment from Titan, a total of 12 or so attachments over the past 2-3 years. I have never had an issue until now. Titan is great until you have an issue, and which point it appears they like to pass the buck, blame the other departments. The issue resolving part of Titan is subpar at best. I would think it would be very simple to look at my order send me the correct items.

I received the blade and it requires quite a bit of assembly. If I had realized this, I would not have ordered it. There was no notificaition that it shipped and no tracking provided. It was dropped off in our driveway while we were away.

The frame and forks were all very good quality, and welds looked good but that's where the good ends. I purchased the route insurance, and when I received my order the frame was badly damaged, literally looked like it was drug behind the truck, and only one fork arrived after being lost in the mail for 10 days, the other fork never showed. Route was easy to deal with and I opted to have another one sent, that one also showed up damaged and now route won't respond to me. I've used titan attachments in the past but I won't be buying from them or their brand ever again.

The forks bent the first time i used them. I was picking up branches and limbs, and when I unloaded the debris, I noticed two of the times were bent. I realize these are inexpensive and you get what you pay for, so probably my fault for not buying a better grade produce

I still have NOT even recieved the mounting plate!!! Going on 3 weeks!!!!!!!!! What a poor way to do business, maybe pick up the phone and do a lil homework on your end. You can't even track the shipment on my end. Shipping company even says the plate is missing.

I still have not received the product. It was shipped out twice and twice there were issues and FedEx returned the implement. I could not track the shipment because Titan "couldn't find the order ". I've purchased a lot of equipment from Titan in the past and have recommended them, but I would not recommend them again

I ordered 2-42” forks I received 1-42” and 1-36”, they were shipped loose on top of a pallet. I am awaiting resolution after notification, pictures and confirmation.

Ordered a 60” Grapple, received a 60” loader bucket. I’m two weeks in at this point, still no grapple. Fed Ex Freight picked up the loader bucket on Tuesday. Still haven’t received an update on the one I actually ordered. Website tracker shows the order # is not in the system.

The attachments are good quality but your packaging is non-existant which leads to items arriving damaged. Receiving an item that's missing large parts of the enamel paint because there was no packaging is frustrating.
