My experience with Titan Attachments has been horrible. I ordered Pallet Forks and Frame for my sub-compact tractor that has standard quick attach compatability. The pallet frame did not fit and was clearly not to standard quick attach measurements. I contacted product support and placed a warranty claim. It took 2 days to get a response. After sending pictures it took another day before they asked for measurements. After sending measurements they stated it was within their tolerance range. Instead they have suggested the issue is with my equipment. I do my homework when making purchases like this. I checked reviews and saw many satisfied customers. Including customers with the same tractor who have made this purchse. I am glad they had a positive experience. I have had the complete opposite. A product that clearly is defective and an unwillingness to correct the issue. Will not buy from them again!

Ordered excavator attachment for Toro Dingo. Does not fit. They will not remedy the situation and continue to use stall tactics.

Both my items came in late and damaged without any help front titan! Highly suggest you don’t order from them and order elsewhere. No one to help with damages

Don't buy from titan their return policy is horrible,plus alot of equipment is made in china. I bought a grapple for my tractor , I was concerned about the weight of the grapple. I talked to technical support, titan said weight should not be a problem for the size of my tractor. The grapple is way to heavy for my tractor, I'm willing to pay titans shipping cost to return the grapple,even after I bought a lighter weight grapple from titan wants me to pay a restocking fee of 20% to return the heavy grapple,that was never used. Now that I realize a lot of titans equipment is made in china and titans return policy I won't be buying from them!!

Your customer service department delayed the order for over 2 weeks because my tax exemption had expired. I told them I would pay tax. Just ship it to me. They would. Not until I submitted a current tax exemption. That along with numerous useless communications has given me a negative view of your company.

I need the Hydraulic hose support that was not sent with the implement and I did not get any manuals at all ,there was an email with a copy of a manual but not the one or ones that will come with my machine !!!

The three point bale fork I ordered will not pick up the round bales. The spear and stabilizer tines are too small. Delivery was fine and the frame itself seems to be well constructed but overall it does not work for the intended purpose.

Does not work on grass. Hoping to speed up grass collection for garden mulch but this attachment has no hope of being an assist. Mower cuts 6-12 in bahai and bermuda into non-chopped swaths with the stems fully intact. I have a home built hay rake with 3 in spacing on the tines that will roll the swaths into piles for transport to the garden. This attachment basically just spreads the swaths back out and burns diesel during it. Maybe it will work for leaves in the fall but I am not optimistic. Shipping was fast, packaging was acceptable and I own other Titan attachments which I can recommend without reservation. But not this one.

The fork attachments do not line up with the hook and pin on my John Deere.They gave me permission to grind down part of the pin so it would fit, but even after doing that there would be so much slop in it that it wouldn’t be a quick attach. It does not work as advertised… in the middle of returning it. It’s not worth a couple hundred dollar savings. I’m just gonna go buy JD forks.

Our first order for finishing mower was great. No extra shipping charge and wasn't on sale a little over week after we got. But wife Kathy got me a Stump attachment but went on sale $70 less and charged for shipping. Contacted customer service and basically was told nothing can be done. So you lost a loyal customer.

The 36” tow behind spike aerator was fabricated wrong. The spikes contact the tow bar and bolts that protrude through the tow bar. I have contacted customer support multiple times with no resolution to this problem. At this point I do not recommend using Titan For any attachments.

I had my other review screened by Titan. Overall, titan inserts extra charges in their transactions where they can. Free shipping had an additional $75 and I had to buy shipment insurance for $68 Incase something happened to my grapple during transit or else, I would have no claim. Today, the FedEx driver arrived and wasn’t able to unload the new grapple. Apparently, it was too heavy for him to get it on the lift. I had to pay more out of pocket to have a nearby tractor repair location use a forklift to remove it. I called Customer Service and Ms. Joe was nice, but didn’t take responsibility for anything. Shop elsewhere!
