I understand scratch and dent items but when all bolts and attachments to install drawer are gone and when I call to order parts they are not available so what I bought is useless $88 Down the drain. I will not buy scratch and dent the price is not worth it. It’s not a deal as you say in your add.

i would not buy it first one broke on the second hole they sent me another bit, the second one broke after the 3 third hole and got bent, this auger bits are no good

If I could rate this experience a 0 I would. It took 5 weeks to get the product and when I did it was damaged. I emailed my concerns no reply,No customer service!!!!!!

For starters you need to change your listing on this item for a minimum hp tractor required,now I have an attachment that I can’t use and can’t return because of your return policy,and a 25 hp tractor isn’t strong enough for the stump bucket. Even when I typed in a John Deere 1025r stump bucket, this attachment came up for sub compact tractors so, I bought it. Now I’m stuck with it because I tried to use it and my tractor isn’t strong enough.

Lucky to get 1 star. Product received in destroyed box with gouges and scratches all over. Paint missing in 1 area and studs did not line up with holes on loader. Numerous emails back and forth with me told to grind down studs and paint myself. No offer to reimburse. Great customer service-NOT!!!

The attachment is great but the packaging for the shipping was horrible and caused significant delays. This was the second time have ordered from Titan in the last time was the same situation. This company needs to step up their game due to the amount of money their products cost.

Terrible my order was delivered within a month. With no explanation other than the label was damaged. It was supposedly replaced 2 times but still took a month to get here. All I was told was they was working with FedEx. When I asked for a replacement I was told it had not been long enough and if I did that I would be charged a restocking fee. Really it went to Charlotte and sat then to Mississippi. Then came back to Charlotte and set for 3 more weeks with no explanation of why and when it would be delivered. I was told to be patient. Really and when I asked for compensation for it costing me money I was told I could have 10% off my next order. But when it came it is a nice set up but the helpers of finding my order and getting it delivered sucked.

The delivery process was awful. I had emails sent to me from Titan that were just wrong. Wrong delivery date promises, wrong delivery status emails, and wrong "your item was delivered" emails. The initial people I called to discuss delivery promised to call me me back and did not. They did manage to call the freight company and put my delivery on hold which really screwed up the delivery, resulting in me not getting my attachment until after a week longer than it could have taken. My mower sat in a delivery terminal not 35 miles away for over a week. Once I received delivery, the documentaton for assembly and setup was non-existent. I had to find information on the web, mostly from other users, to make sure I was setting up the mower properly. For an expensive peice of equipment, this is unexcusable. The behavior of the hydraulics is a bit strange. I had to reverse connections a few times to get the mower to move as it should, and there is no explanation as to why it works one way but not the other. I had to tighten all the loose bolts on the flail hammers. One grease zert was defective and a spring poped out of it. You should send me a replacement. The mower should be delivered with the cut hight in the higher position... everyone has to move the roller and the shoes which is an unneccesary pain. Who would use the mower in "scalp" mode? Nobody that has written reviews on the internet... that is for sure. In actual usage, it works as expected so far.

It was delivered looking like someone used it as a bowling ball. Every corner scraped up, major paint chipping. Did t realize that I had to purchase insurance to protect myself from this major damage.

I had placed an order by mistake, called and emailed to cancel it. This was days before the item left the warehouse. They are unable to communicate between departments. I kept getting the run around on the phone. The customer service was no help. The item eventually shipped and had to be returned. I was stuck with a 75 dollar restocking fee even though I called to cancel it right away days before it shipped. I would not reccomend doing business with this company. Do youself a favor, and buy your attachments elsewhere.

I did not receive my order after 3 weeks. I reached out and they didn't know what happened but the item never shipped. They were not even aware of the problem or able to provide an explanation for what happened. Their customer service was not very helpful she offered to cancel the order. I said I still the need the ballast box and have been waiting to get it. I requested they expedite the shipment and offer a discount for the significant delay. She said they were not able to do this and I asked for her to talk to her manager. After talking with her manager they reitterated they would not offer a discount and standard shipping would be used. This is just bad business and shows they do not care to make things right when they make a mistake. This is not acceptable, the worst part was they didn't even seem to care that caused a huge incovenince. When the item arrived there were areas where the black powder coating was scraped off. To make things worse the ballast box does not even align to fit with my Land Pride QH16 quick hitch (the two lower links fit but the upper link is about 1/2" to high for the quick hitch.) Not being able to use the quick hitch is defintely extremely inconvenient. Other than these issues the product seems to be constructed well and hope it will last fo rmany years to come.

The whole experience was terrible. I waited 5 weeks for the delivery and when it arrived it looked like it fell off a mountain. The unit I bought was a scratch and dent I suppose I should have requested pictures.(that's on me) when it arrived the fitting on the hydraulic cylinder was broken off and the hose fitting on the opposite side was bent in half. I emailed the ceo and got no response (even from his team). I have 3 titan attachments but my next one will be with a company that cares about my business.

For the price I have paid and slow and almost no warranty supprt I do not feel the extreme grapple is worth the money!!!! Poor engineering, hoses are already rubbing first us, leaks from hydraulic splitter. Lacks all around.
