Mis-aligned bolts holes. The PIN that goes in the rake won’t go in because the welds were off. The only way to get the PIN through is drill out all the holes in the rotating rake. I always thought Titans was a top brand but clearly they’re not…

I bought category 1 and 3 and fork attachment for john deere 541 loader one of the forks was damaged missing the latch that keeps the fork from moving on the slide bar tried to get it resolved with pictures and emails with no contact back was going to buy a rock bucket and a stump bucket I'll look at some other places

Horrible. Item was two weeks late and got zero notice from company. Had to flag the charge on my credit card. Then magically it shows up

They don't sell replacement chipper blades for the BX42S. I have an expensive chipper I can't use. Do not buy!!!

Sent the wrong quick connect again after talking to Christen in e mail then talking to Josh on the phone to order If you look at her email plainly says I need a male and I even sent pictures and they sent a female and of the wrong type

How can a company sell a new product with out all of the parts? I e-mailed your warranty department and was told that they would send out the part...well they did not, they sent a bag of bolts to try and make me happy? I then called the help line and the response i received stated " I wanted to offer you the option to purchase these locally and we will refund you upon receiving a photo of the receipt" This is a bolt with wings on it to make it easier for tightening and loosing, not something you find at a hardware store. I fine this totally unacceptable..... why cant you make the part and send it to me,,,,,BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....

Pictures shows that it is made in America (decal) Mine had nothing on it looks to be China😞 One of the stable forks holder is welded at an angle (crooked) hope it can stab the bale Please put in description of all products where it’s made that ito me is very important

There equipment is complete crab that doesn't work. You will have to spend a lot on additional parts and they still wont work.

I have purchased a lot of Titan Attachments & have been very pleased up until now. The first time I used my new forks they broke. I was moving a tractor bucket & when I sat it on the ground I had to tilt forward to slide out from under it. Both forks fell off the piece that they slid on. Upon further inspection the rail they slid on on the bottom side das bent allowing them to fall right off. I can send pictures if needed. It was the first time I used them. Seems like the steel on the slide bar is way too soft for this application.

The shipper Titan selected refused to deliver to my house. Titan never contacted me to discuss handling the situation; they just had the shipper return the equipment to them and then charged me $600.

I ordered a rotary tiller from Titan. The shipper they selected refused to deliver to my house due to its location. Titan never called me to work out any arrangements, just had the shipper return the tiller to them and then charged me $600. They never called or emailed once until the charge hit my credit card and I reached out to them. I would never purchase anything from this company.

I understand scratch and dent items but when all bolts and attachments to install drawer are gone and when I call to order parts they are not available so what I bought is useless $88 Down the drain. I will not buy scratch and dent the price is not worth it. It’s not a deal as you say in your add.

i would not buy it first one broke on the second hole they sent me another bit, the second one broke after the 3 third hole and got bent, this auger bits are no good

If I could rate this experience a 0 I would. It took 5 weeks to get the product and when I did it was damaged. I emailed my concerns no reply,No customer service!!!!!!

For starters you need to change your listing on this item for a minimum hp tractor required,now I have an attachment that I can’t use and can’t return because of your return policy,and a 25 hp tractor isn’t strong enough for the stump bucket. Even when I typed in a John Deere 1025r stump bucket, this attachment came up for sub compact tractors so, I bought it. Now I’m stuck with it because I tried to use it and my tractor isn’t strong enough.
