I have not received my order. You have supposedly sent it twice. Yet the delivery company says you aren’t shipping it correctly and they can’t deliver it. I am very disappointed. I would like to order items from you and receive them. But I have little faith that I will receive them.

AT THE MOMENT NOT VERY SATISFIED, AM TRYING TO GET YOU ALL TO TAKE BACK THE ORIGINAL ORDER AND REPLACE IT WITH ONE THAT WILL ACTUALLY FIT MY TRACTOR. I HAVE EMAILED BACK AND FORTH BUT NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM , THE LAST I HEARD YESTERDAY WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY FREIGHT BACK AND THEY WOULD LET ME REORDER AGAIAN. WHEN I ORDERED THIS UNIT , i CALLED IN AND TALKED TO ALEX, BECAUSE I PREFER TO TALK WITH PEOPLE NOT ORDER ON LINE . i TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED THE GLOBAL FORKS TO FIT A JOHN DEERE H260 LOADER. THAT IS NOT WHAT I RECIEVED. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION AND WOULD LIKE SOME ONE TO TALK TO ME AND GET THIS SITUATION RECTIFIED 573-248-6455 IF THIS IS TAKEN CARE OF THE REVIEW WOULD LOOK ALOT DIFFERENT

POOR Product Quality Control. purchased a quick attach, 4000 lb, 48 inch pallet fork unit. Arrived in 2 or 3 separate shipments which wasn't an issue. The issue is the frame which holds the fork is welded WAY OFF from end to end allowing the left fork to literally fall of when raising the forks!! the right side is welded at 16 1/8 inch and the left is welded at 15 3/4, that's a difference of 3/8 inch!!! the top of the fork "lock" just slips off over the rail! I purchased this unit on 8/26/23 (today is 5/30/24) and have RARELY used them other than on a pallet with narrow fork openings a couple times! I guess my only advice is to be the quality control person yourself and inspect upon delivery because I sure missed it, was not noticeable until TODAY while trying to use with both forks all the way out.

Welds were junk, I promise you these will break and I'll need to re weld them. 4 bolts holding tines on stripped as I tightened them. Bolts stripped before even compressing the lock washers. Holes to pin the arm in place didn't line up and will need to be bored out to allow this to function properly. Shipping crate was destroyed upon arrival, which I recognize isn't your fault,but shipping was a joke. Shipping was slow, stated it would show up on a certain day and then it woudln't.

I ordered the SSQA pallet fork for my Branson Tractor and the bracket is not to spec so the lower pins don't allign with the holes. Poor quality control. I'm going to have a friend make some mods with his cutting torch.

Would suggest not purchasing from Titan!!! I have a flail mower that I got new from Titan. A hose went bad and they use an odd size that can’t be purchased anywhere. They said they would have some in stock soon. 8 months later and no hoses in stock and now a bearing for the rear roller. They don’t stock, nor do they have any idea when they will. That was my last purchase. Woodmaxx is my new go to company. I’ve shared my experiences with all my ranch groups

Never recieved the items I actually ordered. Had to wait on hold two different times for over an hour regarding the issue. To find out that you no longer make this item. If I wouldn't of called, I would of never of recieved my money back.

Your John Deere hay spear I ordered does not work on skidsteer adapter. Yes, it works on the Tractor but I also need it to work on skid steer. Please advise. Thank you.

I’m giving a one star review because of how they package their stuff. Anything you order from this site comes almost out of the box or packaging because it’s destroyed. The quick hitches and forks I’ve ordered work fine but it would be nice if they didn’t come all scratched up all over from lousy packaging

We did not get tracking information on the freight delivery just that it had shipped. Then the hay fork frame we ordered will not fit my skid steer, the cutouts for the locking pins are too far apart. The welds on the unit are like a trainee did them, not clean and smooth.

Lied about how it would be delivered. You said ups or FedEx not a semi with a 48ft trailer. Had to make arrangements to get a trailer and meet a semi driver in town. Not happy. And stop sending 100’s of emails and texts

Original bolts included the wrong size bolts. Waited over a week for the correct ones. Only one bolt arrived and it’s the wrong size.

Don’t buy for a ditch which it constantly falls off the plate. Now I have to pay my welder additional $ to fabricate it because I am not shipping it back. It would be a great attachment if it stayed on the plate tighter.

The product is fine but your delivery system is horrible. Tracking said it was out for delivery from an hour away. After waiting all day with no updates, I happen to see the truck a quarter mile away at my neighbors. I drove there and the driver had unloaded the product and was going to leave it there. I drove my tractor there and picked up my order but had I not seen the truck I would have had no idea where my product was. This is the second bad delivery out of three. Unacceptable.

Placed order 5/16/24 today is 5/23/2924 still have not received package. I have called Fedex that they sent oackage through and was told it came out of packaging and they Fedex can't say when / if can be delivered Have called titan twice and they won't refund my money or resend package. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Unfortunately during shipping all hardware disappeared, furthermore the ends that bolt to the tractor bucket were so bent I had to cut them off and weld new attachment plates on to the tooth bar.
