“I ordered the Mini Skid Steer Receiver Hitch Mount Plate (Dingo Style), The holes where the PIN's lock in needed to be hogged out a little more in order to get the PIN's to set correctly. Overall this item is a great addition to any MiniSkid / Loader with the Dingo Attachment to be able to move trailers around the yard safely and quickly.”

“This was the best product for my small utility John Deere Tractor. I purchased the Economy 36” pallet forks, to use for gathering and moving tree branches, small downed trees, as well as to move pallets of plants and vegetables for the garden. It built with quality materials, and was simple to install, just as described in the advertisement. This is an excellent product.”

“Pleased with functionality of this rake. Works well with thick buildup of pine needles. Wish it was offered in 7’, 6’ doesn’t give me width beyond back tires. Overall a good unit that will save on raking by hand.”

“Be aware BEFORE YOU Oder! Unit was lost during shipping. I first chatted with a rep to inform them that the UPS tracking # showed the item was lost in shipping. This first rep made me wait nearly 14 calendar days to make a claim. That only makes sense if the tracking # shows it is still in transit. But the UPS web site stated: “Exception/Damage Reported/All merchandise is missing, and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender/UPS will notify the shipper about the damage.” The 2nd rep was very difficult to understand, not due to language but he was using a headset or speakerphone that was very muffled. This was even after he called me back. This customer service rep told me that for future orders if I didn't pay for shipping insurance, I would have to pay for a replacement, and I would have to eat the cost of the lost attachment!! In the meantime, the item I ordered went on sale, but they would not apply the sale price to the replacement order. Be aware, if you are going to buy from Titan pay for the shipping insurance or you might get screwed if the order is lost in shipping! I've never worked with a vendor that had this policy. However, forcing everyone to pay for shipping insurance when other vendors do not might be a deal killer. By the time the replacement arrived it was too late for the job I had scheduled. I had to purchase the attachment from another vendor to keep my timeline. I like Titan for their low prices and the attachments that I have ordered in the past were all good items for the price. However, if you are going to order from them, do not be a hurry and budget for the shipping insurance because their policy is once you order it, you are going to pay if the item arrives or not. I guess kudos are deserved to the customer service rep that made an exception for me on this policy.”

“When I received the mower, the brackets for the slide mechanism were mounted backwards. At first use of mower a grease fitting on the roller got broke. Previous reviews mention the location of this fitting as a weakness. I called technical support with a question about assembly but they didn't seem to know anything about the equipment. Despite initial faults and weak product support, I was able to assemble and use the mower. I adjusted the height of cut successfully. I am satisfied with the cut of the mower.”

“I purchased the pallet form frame and aboslutely love it. Incredibly cheaper than buying from John Deere and the quality seems to be just as good if not better. Looking forward to getting a lot of use out of these forks.”

“Not really sure why this was scratch and dent except for the original packaging, all stuff was there and looks great. This is going to be a very valuable implement when cleaning up debris or moving firewood, only thing I don't particularly like is the bucket clamp pucks. I have a pair of clamp on forks with larger pucks that spin freely that is a much better design than this system with the smaller pucks that don't spin freely, already had one come off on the trailer, thank goodness that the allen screw was not lost.”

“The grapple is awesome and functions well. Was only disappointed in the shipping. The unit had appareantly been next to a coal yard for ages as it was covered in black / coal dust. You could not eve look at it without getting filty. The unit was not crated / packed the best either. A thin frame and slick wire to hold +600 Lbs. to a pallet. Shippd by 18 wheeler with a palle jack ?”
