“Flail mower delivered over a week ago in a wood create and left in my driveway. To date, the flail has not left the wood box it came in due to the fact that the 3rd point of contact that needs to be installed arrived underneath the 600 lb mower. Customer Support has not been helpful in determining how to lift the mower so the upper 3rd point can be installed. Very frustrated with the lack of response and solutions to Titans packing and shipping process.”
