“Good product (bucket teeth). Return funds on prior wrong products that was never shipped took too long to process by Titan finance department, even with me calling in twice. It took 10 days for them to process the refund on an order cancelled & reordered in 15 minutes, and then another few days by my bank because Titan couldn't modify my existing order via phone to have the correct parts.”

“Titan attachment costs are very reasonable. Additionally, the 82" rock grapple I bought has worked well. The only gripe about it is the hoses, which, as others have pointed out, are positioned in such a way that makes movement precarious without strapping them up to avoid getting crushed. But that is not a huge deal. I’d give it 4.5 stars. Now, for their fork attachments… Do NOT buy fork attachments from Titan unless you are ONLY using them in a warehouse with nicely palletized loads. They are garbage quality compared to any other forks I’ve ever used. Mine broke literally after about 15 minutes of use - lifting ~1-ton limestone blocks and moving them on farmland. I had been using a longer set of forks (another brand) to move ~2 dozen of the blocks with zero problems, as well as a LOT of other farm work. I bought these shorter ones (to help keep the load closer to the bobcat), but they broke off in ~15 minutes. I switched back to the longer forks to finish the job. For farm use, these are junk. Buy another brand. For moving pallets in a warehouse, I’m sure they’re fine (but in that case, you’d probably use an actual forklift). And, yes, I contacted customer support, provided pictures and details, etc. They stated that they were “designed for use with items on a pallet, as opposed to lifting objects off the ground, as this method would subject the frame to excessive downward force when trying to maneuver the forks under the object.” I feel as though these guys are the Harbor Freight of skid steer attachments. Depending on what you get and depending on your usage, their products may be the best value anywhere, or they may be garbage. I will likely buy from Titan again in the future, but, like with Harbor Freight, I’ll be very selective with what I buy from them.”

“Great, only, find out about military discount, lady who helpme with the order wasn't aware if there where a discount for military/veterans. No mention of this discount on webside, not visible. Order Placed, not discount available because of that, no offer of verification with financing financing entity.”
