“Bought 3 of the mini skid plates and a grapple. The plates fit fine but the grapple mounting plate was made too large and unusable. I spent an hour on the phone to get passed around and told it’s a warranty issue which a week later is still not handled. I have a 2021 Vermeer ctx100 and have 7 attachments of different brands. I had a need for it and planned on using the day it arrived. I hooked up The quick connects to makes sure it moved properly they are also defective and leaking. I will contact my charge company soon to dispute the charge if not resolved quickly.”
