“So far my order has been a nightmare. The product arrived used and rusty with paint missing. It had been scraped up badly in shipping and your company is blaming fedex saying they didn’t package it right.
Instead of just swapping me out for a new one, your trying to have me pay to return the item and then pay a %15 restock fee for an item you’ll turn around and sell as new again.
I’m am very displeased with your company. I just want a product that is new and not rusty the day it arrives at my farm.
