“Love the new boom attachment for my fork lift. Very well built, quality is totally there! Exactly what I needed, and shipping was quick. Would order again when needed for another add on.”

“The fork lift is amazing. Very well built, easy to operate and fits perfectly in my John Deere tractor. It is disappointing that I was offer a 10% discount but, for some reason, i couldn’t use it for this specific item.”

“The website and ordering process was good. I found some of the information I needed on line, but not enough to answer all my questions. I called the Titan number and asked for help to get more information, but it appears the person I reached only had access to the same info that was on line. I like a lot of technical detail (things like steel grade, thickness, pulling strength, etc.) but could not find it. My suggestion is to include as much technical info as possible for each product so that customers can make more informed decisions.”

“Horrible, terrible customer service. Ordered a piece of equipment their website said was compatible with their quick attach frames. When it arrived with was very clearly NOT compatible with the Titan cat II quick attach I had. I returned the item right away and they received it on the 16th of July. Today is August 7th and I've still NOT seen a refund of my $2,958.13 and it is impossible to reach anyone beyond a basic customer service person. They keep telling me the issue is "being has been escalated and being worked by out internal team" and still nothing happens. They promise a supervisor will call me back by they NEVER do. I will never, ever buy as much as a bolt from this outfit and strongly encourage anyone else to run far away from them if you are even thinking of buying some of their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!”

“The belts didn’t fit. End up ordering off of amazon and got right ones in 2 days. You delayed the shipment by over 30 days. Never notified me of change from ordering. very disappointed with your customer service.”

“Great table to use when under a hoist. I would have given 5 stars but packaging was not very good. I had to straighten 3 corners that were bent from carrier poor handling. Very handy adjustable height table.”

“Great customer service! Even though the first fork attachment frame had QC issues, Christen was fast, efficient and friendly at correcting the problem. Second frame I received had no issues and was delivered quickly. Return of the faulted frame was no problem. Couldn't ask for better customer care.”

“The category 2 side of the lower pins on my hitch are too big and do not comply with the standard for category 2 pin sizes....they are almost the size of category 3 and therefore will not fit in my 3 point holes on one of my tractors. I bought this hitch specifically so it would work on both category 1 and 2. I would expect compliance with the standards for category 1 and 2. Sent pictures to your support team. But beyond that, the hitch is very well made and works well.”

“Grapple is heavy duty and works well.The only suggestion would be to move teeth so claw would shut closer together.Customer service was great and grapple arrived quickly after order.”

“Pallet forks: Wonderful product that is super strong but it was delivered with cracked powder coat and the welds were very rusty. I almost thought it was used but closer inspection satisfied me that it was new with sloppy quality control. The correspondence regarding the shipping was under whelming as two different shippers were involved. The forks came separately from the mount. I had to call to ensure there were in fact two shipments. Why not just band it to one pallet and be done with it?”
