“The pallet fork frame and one fork arrived as intended. The second fork has been lost in Fedex for over a week. I have called customer service twice and they won’t even call Fedex. Very disappointed with customer service. I would have purchased somewhere else if I had known I’d still be waiting for delivery two weeks after the scheduled delivery date, with no help from Titan.”

“Picture showed a weld on assembly - came in pieces that needed to be welded together to make the assembly. Assembly does not fold together on machine when not needed. Also no instructions included and went to web site for instructions and was told the site was not safe to use.
