“Your website needs work, stated 5 or 10% off if ordered in next 15 minutes but that option never worked. You should try to correct the advertising if you offer the promotion.thanks”

“I ordered pallet fork attachment with quick disconnect. The order was delayed due to unavailability. Then the delivery was delayed. The delivery delay was almost one week from expected delivery date. I am going based on what Titan told me would be the delivery date. The delivery company delayed the delivery, Very lax by the delivery company. Since I am rating on the date of order, wait time and the actual receipt. It was not a 5 star experience. Also when the final shipper called they asked me if a lift gate truck was needed. Why ask this question if the item is supposed to delivered to the ground at the customers residence.”

“Overall my shopping experience was about average compared to other online retailers. When trying to place items in my cart, certain items or combinations (pallet forks) could be listed as available or unavailable on the shopping page. In my cart they would initially indicate they were available, but going through all the steps to checkout they would then indicate they were unavailable. This was very frustrating and wasted a lot of my time. Included in my order was a set of three chain hooks. They were packaged and sent as three separate items. There was room in each box for over two dozen hooks. This is a big waste of company manpower and materials that I ultimately pay for, not to mention how annoying it is to get constant updates for three packages that should be shipped as one. “Free shipping” cost me $50?! My order trickled in over several days. There was a delay in the bulk of my order because titan did not pay the shipper in a timely manner.”

“Promised delivery did NOT go as first given. The two items were not delivered together but Titan said they left warehouse together. Items were scratched again and again.”

“The shopping experience was as expected however titan continues to make the fit of their attachment point too big. It is a very sloppy fit. I have had to use a 3/8 inch shim to keep these titan accessories from falling off and rattling around.”

“No directions and no assembly bolts for the basket. When I called about the bolts so I could assemble the basket, I was told they were not available. I asked for a credit for missing bolts and was told she would get back to me via email. That was last week and still haven’t heard anything”

“I would order from titan again tomorrow but i would rather send a flying pig to pick my package up than use fedex. They were horrible! It took 10 days to get my package after shipping in which 7 of the 10 days it was at the fedex location just 30 minutes from me being updated to delayed over 6 times and yhen to delivered when it wasnt. Titan was timely and decent priced but please use a different carrier! Thank you!”

“Attachment is well built except for the hydraulic hoses shields. After 2 hours of use a branch bent metal above hoses damaging it and causing a leak. I saw that this was cause of complain for other customers.”

“Showed up scratched and handles bent which was expected since it was a scratch and dent sale but it was also missing parts. Missing a pin for 3 point arm and a pin for locking tab to pivot on.”

“4k quick detach pallet fork assembly. Works as it should. That being said upon delivery the paint was already peeling off and rusted in LARGE patches, The welds are awful but good enough to hold. I know the price of everything is currently inflated and skilled labor is impossible to find but "damn"”

“The drag has worked wonderful. The finish mower has been a challenge. The problem is in the metal that the axle shaft mounts to. It is too soft and bends easily. Need to be heavier or hardened more. The round shaft is good. All 4 seem straight.”

“the unit is built very well, heavy-duty, however it's almost useless on my Yanmar YT359 60 HP tractor for the type of soil I have where I live. I believe the unit is too long and the front bucket tilt cylinder becomes useless to the point where it drives the cylinder rather than the cylinder driving it. It would have been a great unit if it was about 40% maybe even 50% shorter. so, for that reason i am giving it a 3 star.”

“Looks like a good quality attachment. But it was missing a pin. Not a big deal, but couldnt use it until i got a new one. Great value but a few issues. It came with tools and a manual, which is great, but they were for a different attachment.”
