“Great looking quick hitch only problem so far the lower lift pins got lost during shipping haven’t received replacements yet so I can’t use it”

“Arrived in a box that was damaged with holes from some punctures. Corners were open and allowed paint to be scraped off. Poor packaging.”

“It was a good experience for me until my new forks arrived. It was shipped on two flimsy pallets and they shattered as soon as it was taken off the truck. I had to manually pick them up to get the where they needed to go. There was also no paperwork to explain how to install or the type of hoses to purchase. The product is what I wanted but I was very disappointed with the delivery system that was used. I am not sure I would order from Titan again.”

“The quality is very good. But I hate the way it tightens down. It has half handles welded on to the screw. I wish it had a hex head. It would be easier to tighten. Due to this design I can't put forks all the way to the sides of the bucket.”

“So far not to good. I ordered 2 quick hitches with conus 2 spears 49 inches long. I was sent 2 conus 1 spears 39 inches long. I just received the replacements for the 2 spears and one was a conus 1 39 inches long and the other was conus 2 43 inches long. Does anyone know what is going wrong and be able to send me what I ordered???”

“The 2” receiver tube is not 2”, it measures a strong 2-3/16” inside. This makes for a sloppy or very loose trailer hitch connection. I’m very disappointed.”

“My order was still sitting in the warehouse the day prior to when it was supposed to be scheduled and would likely have sat there even longer if I had not called to get an update on why it had not yet shipped. The shipping process was frustrating, though I did get the order a few days later (just over one week after I placed the order).”

“Product shipped and arrived as stated. All parts were present in the box but small pieces were near to be able to fall out of box. Heavier bags or some tape around bags is recommended. No instructions were included for assembly nor mention of shims that were required to make for servicable fit.”

“Stump bucket V2 is very heavy duty for sure however unfortunately it is very sloppy in my SSQA on my Caterpillar 257B3 MTL. One of the Quick attach Pins almost completely separates from the attachment and this was just me testing the attachment without putting any pressure or actually working the attachment. Not sure what can be done other than fabrication fo the attachment so that it's solidly mounted. I saw this on other reviews from many months ago but figured it was resolved by now. I'll be calling Customer support about it as i shouldn't have to pay for welding and fabrication on a new unused implement”

“I should have done more research on the clamp on forks! They are way too long, for a BX series Kubota tractor, and should not be sold, without the "stabilizer bar"! I intend to order the stabilizer bar, to make the forks usable!”
