Shipment arrived, during inspection noticed several quality control issues. Poor weld quality, 2" receiver was welded in crooked, and upper frame was bent due to improper length metal being used. Seems to function adequately and hooks to tractor correctly, but would question using this to it's full load capacity.

Good product, came damaged. Getting a hold of customer service seems to be near impossible. No phone number, system is not clear for damages in shipping.

I gave a 3 🌟 for the product we had to go to home and get bolts to anchor into the roof and bolts were also missing from attachment. Cast over $25..... Product was dropped off at a different address even tho my address was on label . Had to get extra help because product is heavy.

We were able to locate your recent order with us and found the order was shipped within 24 hours of placing the order and shows delivered within our promised 5-7 business days. We hate to hear that the carrier delivered your order to the wrong address. I didn't receive the ballast box. It was shipped via FedX, but they damaged it during shipment and returned it to Titan. Titan then notified me another ballast box was being sent and I would receive it within a few days. A couple of weeks went by and then Titan notified me the ballast box was out of stock. After all of this, I canceled the order and asked for a refund. Am now looking at other suppliers of the ballast box.

SSQA mounting system works great with my new Kubota LX2610. Digging effectiveness is about what I expected with the modest hydraulic system pressure and weight of my tractor. What I am somewhat disillusioned about is the front cutting edge is slightly bent down after using it for a couple days. It would earn an extra star in my appraisal if the front cutting edge were of thicker material or had some sort of reinforcement.

Delivery was fast with great notifications. The stump shovel attachment is ery well made and works well however the middle buster 3 point attachment has rust all over it, I had to grind it down and repaint it

One of the corners had been hit or dropped on cause it will not line up with the line up pin !! I have to smack it pretty hard to line up so I can pin it !! You can look at it and tell it is bent after you get it next to the line up pin and it pretty thick metal! Anyway I guess I’ll live with it! I’m not sending it back I do like the forks and assembly

The order process was confusing since I received conflicting information both before and after placing the order. I received the first of 3 items within 4 days and the remaining two items were misdirected, returned and then shipped to me but took another 3 and 4 days. The forks and frame appear to be well made but with no information in the packaging at all, this old timer had some difficulty assembling it and of course, it was the weekend and no assistance was available. Fortunately, a neighbor who had stopped by was able to help.

I would have been happier if the hydraulics were for my Kutota tractor rather than a skid loader. Won't know until I get it fitted for hydraulics fpr the rear of my tractor.

You did really well getting the attachment out of your factory. But the tree puller sat in a town about 50 miles (Minneapolis) away for about two weeks before they would deliver it. So Magnum Freight did a horrible job. I wish the tree puller came with a choice of hydraulic end fittings. The Unit came with flat connectors, that didn't fit my tractor. I took a hose to my Kubota dealer, and $120 later, I still can't use it. They have to order some fittings. I would have gladly paid more for the correct fittings to be installed right off.

The forks seem to work good but they arrived damaged and we were in need of them asap so we accepted them with a note on the freight bill about the damage . the freight company advised us to file a claim so we took pictures as did the driver, not sure where we go from here would like to here back from Titan to see if they can help with this issue. The attachment got to me quickly and with no issues. However, it did not fit on my tractor. I had to grind off and cut off about a quarter inch of material from each side of the upper bucket connection points for it to fit on my john deere front loader rig. I spent about 3 hours working on it but now it fits fine. The bottom pins were the correct spacing, but the upper mounting points were not spaced correctly. Seems like a design flaw since i have the standard John Deere brand D170 front loader rig.

Fast shipping, but sadly, like other orders, not very well packaged. Item was busted through the box. This is the second one of these I ordered. Wish I ordered two back then. The earlier one is better made. I use it all the time. It’s well made and strong. This second one, V3, is not the same level of quality. Like elsewhere prices at Titan has gone up, and some items don’t seem to be as well made.

Like the attachment crapple could have more down pressure and you should suggest hose holder to prevent pinching. My hose pinched within 5 minutes of using attachment. Could use some product brochures

The crane itself appears to be good quality. I haven't actually used it yet. The choice of shipping companies leaves a lot to be desired. In the future, I will verify that Saia is not being used to ship goods that I order. I would gladly pay more to never have to deal with them again. The crate was completely destroyed and their customer service is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and use a different freight company before you drive away all your customers.

One of the outside tabs is bent inward, bad packing, should think about protecting the bottom somehow for shipping.
