The bucket tooth bar was longer than description said so I had to cut it shorter, then no instructions on how it was supposed to fit in bucket, but seems to work good.

Purchased the 1/8" version 2 skid steer bucket (72"). Bucket construction is acceptable for light to moderate use. The design needs improvement, unable to see the front cutting edge from the operator seat. Makes it less useful for detail grading.

One of the category one pins didn’t fit the tractor. Waiting on replacement part, 7-10 business days until I receive it. Will have had the implement for two weeks before I can use it.

My snowplow arrived damaged, bent at the top corner and reflector missing. Also, it had the wrong fittings for my tractor, which I didn’t see anywhere to specify. I emailed (contact us) and called. No email response at all and the person I spoke with said he (Austin) would send an email for parts replacement and that never came either. So a little disappointed so far.

the equipment itself is great...but the delivery left something to be desired. the forks and the lift came separately and a very brief instruct5ion sheet would be a great addition .

Product is great. The box had multiple holes in it which often happens when heavy items are in cardboard boxes. Loose items should always be attached to the main item with wire ties for safety. I was lucky not to lose the pins rolling around inside the box looking for one of the holes to fall out of.

It looks like the three-point hitch arm might be bent but I think I can still use it. The hoses should come with a 45-degree angle as when you use it with a quick hitch (says it's compatible) they hit the quick hitch when raising. Also disappointed that I see it's on sale now for $120 dollars off what I paid for it... I waited for quite some time for the unit to come in. I hope it will last awhile.

I was disappointed with some of the hardware provided. I'm still trying to assemble this thing as I write this, but the screws with nuts for the casters don't provide a lot of thread for the nuts after screw is put in place before the nut is screwed on, so I thought the other small bolts were the correct part. There wasn't enough of these bolts so I plan to go to Ace to get me some. I'm sure the device will be pretty useful. Everything else looks correct.

I don't know if the issue is with Titan or the shipper, but so far every order I have placed, the items shipped arrived two or three days apart. Seem to me that if my order ships, then all the pieces would arrive at the same time, again, they do not. Does titan ship from different warehouses? This would explain different delivery days. Also, email updates are not accurate at all. Several "DELAYED" emails were wrong. Items that were delayed, were not. Maybe Titan should try UPS and forgo FEDEX.

The products (I have several) are great. But, their shipping and follow-up leave much to be desired. I ordered a grapple and realized I would be out of town when it was supposed to be delivered. I contacted Titan and the shipper (UPS Freight, or whoever they are now) who advised delivery would be scheduled for the date I was due to return. Perfect, or so I thought. On that date, I received a UPS text and email from Titan saying the grapple had been delivered. It was nowhere to be found. I immediately contacted Titan and they said their shipping department would investigate and get back to me. That was 10 days ago. I also tried to contact UPS, but they forwarded me to a local trans-shipper who never returned the call. Three days after the alleged delivery, I was at a local business in town (we live in a small rural community) and voila! there was the grapple sitting in their yard with my name and address clearly on it. I picked it up and now have it. Oh, yea ... still no word from Titan or UPS Freight. Again, great product -- if you can get it delivered!!!

It may be time to consider a different freight carrier. FedEx lost the frame of the pallet forks on the first shipment. It took a week for approval to send a replacement (after I requested to speak to a supervisor). Then, FedEx was a day late delivering the replacement frame.

3 point hitch trimmer assembly was too cumbersome. PTO shaft had to be shortened and Bolt connecting trimmer to hitch did not line up with holes. Bolt should have been provided with additional lock nut. Loosens after 1 minute. Gearbox should have spline shaft not a Keyed shaft. Typical sub-quality chineese engineering. A US maker would not let this go out with these imperfections..

Also, I can see that one from our team has reached out and has provided you the manual which helped you identify the lose hardware. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. The steel edge is great. Took 2 days longer than expected to arrive though. Was told it would ship from 1 state away. Shipped from 9 states away.

Bolts were painted over on the frame for the hay for stabilizers which led to one of the bolts heads snapping off. Pin for the pallet forks broke on the first day and had to come up with a creative resolution.
