It had rust on it when I got it for something that is new it shouldn't have any rust on it

Product was received but shipping box was heavyly damaged. Platform was bent but usable. Based on previous reviews Fedex is responsible for handling. I would recomend to find another carrier.

Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. Hi Roger, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. Indeed, more information could've been given as to the manner of the shipment; if an item will be split in 2 shipments. Most Pallet Forks and Frames are shipped via ground separately. rather than being shipped whole via Freight because combined, the Frame and Forks exceed 150 lbs. which would be too heavy for ground shipping and we mostly ship via Ground. We do provide tracking numbers for every item that is shipped via Ground however. My apologies again for the inconvenience and we will use this feedback to better enhance our system providing as much need information as possible when sending shipping information.

Shipping and updates is horrible and for 3k in attachment you would figure a manual or something would be nice.

Unit was damaged in shipping. Forks and frame came in on two differently shipments with no type of packaging. It appears the frame was dropped and bent at the top

The attachment came damaged from transport. It's a root rake so not the end of the world but definitely something to consider.

The shipment arrived in horrible condition. All the parts were there but no manual. A welded frame had been constructed (by carrier?) And all parts were wired to that frame. Box was shredded and wrapped in tape.

Item was received quickly. Shipping packaging was a joke and was literally falling apart when it arrived. Thankfully my hitch attachment wasnt damaged in shipping. I plan to order a stump bucket with grapple soon, but am having second thoughts because of the shipping packaging and don't want to risk a $1700 item being damaged in transit.

Great product and well made. However, packaging is very flimsy, and did not survive the abuse done by Fedex so it arrived dinged and scraped.

The positive parts of the experience: solid crate made from steel angle (shipper managed to bend it and shred the interior boxes anyway); easy assembly despite no instructions. Negatives: two grease zerks were missing; the "boom band pole pin" joint has a lot of side-to-side play, which could increase wear and allow dirt into the joint. Recommend including washers or nylon bushings, or just make the bucket fit better.

Basket is nice and as advertised. None of the hardware was useful for attaching to my ATV. You should consider including U bolts in the future.

some of the engineering is questionable had to buy longer bolts to attach disc to frame do not care for the way you angle the disc with pins

Have yet to use the bucket fork attachment so cannot speak yet to function. First shipment arrived damaged with the lever on the locking screw broken off at the weld. The replacement was processed and shipped promptly. Hoping the experience with the first shipment is not indicative of quality.

The order process was easy and the sales department was helpful. Upon receiving my 200FLAIRDB i downloaded the manual and found that it does not cover my model, thus I had to make assumptions on some things. Once I had it assembled I found that there were quality issues. Grease fitting and hydraulic fittings were loose or improperly assembled. I did not find loose hydraulic fittings until I hooked up the unit to my tractor and started mowing then there were substantial leaks. This unit requires three pins to hook the mower to the three point hitch but only 2 were provided, thus I had to drive 25 miles each way to Tractor Supply to purchase the correct pin at a cost of $19 not counting the cost of gas to make the trip. One grease fitting that is not shown in the manual hooks to a small copper tube that goes into the blade axle on the gearbox side of the unit. The tube is to short so when the compression fitting was installed it did not grip the copper tube. When I tried to grease this fitting the grease simply squirts out and does not go to the bearing. The mower does work well when cutting and is what I was looking for. I have reported these issues to Titan and am awaiting a response.

Had a glitch in the ordering online - when contacted cust svc was told price was up $100 from few days before with NO WARNING - doesn't seem a real good neighborly practice from here. Otherwise, received item in good time. Not yet tested, but expect will perform fine.

Shipping was quick. Item arrived 2 days after placing the order. I had to modify the end of my draw bar as it did not fit into the top of the attachment.
