“Nice products, poor logistics. I am pleased with the quality of forks purchased. However, the pair of forks I bought were split into two shipments. They both left the same location but arrived over a week apart having taken different routes. Although customer service was communicative I was less than satisfied with splitting the orders and the repeated estimated delivery and delay notifications.”

“Half of my order was missing. Thanks to a very nice and competent customer service person she found the other half of my forks and they got deliver the next day. Your computer kept sending me messages about me having the forks and they were no where to be found.”

“The ordering process was easy and included shipping with the price was appreciated. The 4in1 bucket seems built well but time will tell how durable it is. The shipping was ok, with the bucket in a metal crate but the while metal wire used to hold the bucket to the crate was inadequate and it broke during shipping allowing the bucket to shift in the crate but no damage to the bucket. One big problem is the hydraulic lines were installed backwards on one of the cylinders. This caused one cylinder to stroke out while the other tried to stroke in when actuated putting the bucket in a bind. I fixed this myself by swapping the hydraulic lines on one side of the distribution block on the back of the bucket.”

“Everything is great if your order is correct but when it is not you get answers like this "Jul 15, 2022, 8:33 AM CDT Hello Terry, I would like to follow-up on your concern. As of now, we are still on the process of sourcing out the part for you. We would like to offer you a faster option to purchase the lower link pins for category 2 locally then we can process a reimbursement for you for the cost." Unacceptable because they are not just a common cat2 pin. I will await your response. Thank you !”

“The attachments I received were good. Paint missing or rubbed off in shipping is no big deal. The two inch receiver on the pallet attachment had so much weld slag (painted over) that I could put the hitch in it. You get a 3 score due to customer service and communication”

“Would have been a five star if my item wasn’t received damaged. I don’t know how this was possibly damaged in shipping considering how well it was crated and secure. It appears it was damaged before it was shipped.Should have been sold as a scratch and dent with price discounted accordingly. This is my third implement purchased from Titan, but this experience was very disappointing”

“Titan did a great job of getting the equipment shipped. Unfortunately, FEDEX did not handle the items very well and some parts ended up missing. I would suggest putting the locking pins and lock clips in either the forks or the fork holders and securing them with lockwire in the future.”

“I received the 60in. Box Blade. Appears to be well built. Website states Quick hitch compatible. However the JD standard dimension from hook to bottom pins is 376mm. The Titan dimension is 394mm. So when I use the box blade I need to move the hook up one hole. This is inconvenient process. Delivery was fast and complete.”

“I found that your mounting bars were poor . I used the two long bars and drilled two holes in the Honda rear rack and filed rear hole so that your step basket was located , so I could open the lite compartment. I added a 1/4" bolt because of the span ,of the rear bolt .”
