“Reasonably priced but QC is weak (similar experience before but I still bought). Machine arrived with no manual included. Many of the bolts holding teeth to the drive chain were not tight. Had to go over the entire machine before use.”

“Wrong part was shipped. I received a variation selling for $25.00 less than the amount for which I was billed. I agreed to keep the part since I could "make it work" by adding re-enforcements. I had to apply for refund. Still I am rating the purchase as three stars because the part was good quality, and the shipping was prompt.”

“3 point quick hitch box arrived in tatters. Damage to the box was so bad that FedEx reported needing to make a new shipping label. If there was any documentation or separate hardware in the box, I'll never know. A mystery to ponder while looking at my bedroom ceiling when I can't sleep. Looking at the remains of the box, I don't know how anyone would expect this not to happen, especially in the hands of the throwers at FedEx. Maybe it'd be a suitable box for buying diapers from amazon, but not a large steel weldment like a quick hitch.”

“Forks seem too be of good quality paint is decent forks are kind of hard to adjust as the slides on the forks them self are very loose there is an inch of slack up and down When on the plate so much that the fork will swing at the bottom where there is nothing on the forks and you have to get out to straighten them again. But all and all pretty good quality”

“I bought the root grapple skid steer attachment. When i called to verify fit for my Kabota L4701 the associate told me i needed the John Deere model grapple. After seeing the grapple in the pictures that he said would fit i felt like he was giving me bad info. I proceeded to purchase the skid steel model instead and what a good idea it was! its obvious to me that this man knew nothing about ur product and was using my 3,000$ as a complete guessing game. What help he was!!?? I would expect in these hard financial recovery times you would take this product pricing and purchase more seriously, not mentioning my time if needing to return the wrong recomended product”

“The second attempt to get my stump planer was successful, the FedEx driver handed me the planer and then he handed me the tag that said do not lift by this tag and if that's how the first one was packaged it's no wonder it was lost in shipping and all the blades are blunt on the corners from throwing it around on the concrete .”

“I ordered using PayPal which automatically used my home address. I was not given the opportunity to change the address to my farm. I called to change the address and had to pay $40 to change it. Once I did that my hay spear and the backing came separately. That would have been fine if the hay spear and the stabilizer spears have at least come together. The stabilizers did not come at all and I am still waiting for them. If so I’m going to get everything that I asked for but it cost me $40 more and I was on the fence about buying something new anyway and it’s taking twice as long to ship the expected items”

“The product, for the most part, arrived in good shape. It would be much easier for assembly of the product if you separated the bolts into individual bags instead of putting all the different sizes into one bag. The majority of the bolts are close in size, and time has to be spent trying to sort the bolts before you can begin to put the product together. Dealing with FedEx freight prior to delivery was a challenge. The shipper didn't deliver the product until a week after the scheduled delivery date. Minimal correspondence, and un able to track the product in the FedEx website.”

“The equipment was not packed well and was banged up in shipping mainly the mounting plate rubbing on top of the blower. The mounting plate did not bolt up to the frame of the blower very well, over a 1/2" difference that needed to be fitted. The mounting plate did not work with my stock Bobcat 763, I had to grind the slots a lot to get the locking pins to drop in. Great price but not happy with the quality and time to get it set up or the instructions that came with it.”

“Package was misrouted. Spade does not stay secured to pallet forks. Loser 4 times on first time using despite shifting forks to widest position. Will work out a work around with chains and binder. Overall, spade works pretty well.”

“FedEx is the absolute worst delivery service. They did not deliver the fork lift on the promised dates. They delivered one fork in the middle of my driveway. I was out of town and my wife couldn’t move it. I sure wish Titan used UPS!”

“I received the package and it was all scratched up and had to replace a missing pin. The box was all broken on the corners and taped up. Other than that I just need to see if it will work for my uses.”

“Shipped to my house quickly. Looks to be built very heavy duty. Only issue is the hydraulic quick connectors were to big for my Branson 3515. I switched them out and works good.”
