“I received the product. It looks like everything is there. Not yet assembled because 1.) zero written instructions in box, 2.) finally found and printed the manual on your website, but even it is missing some pages and finally 3.) all of the small parts and fasteners (maybe 150 parts) are not labeled or identified but were all just thrown in together into one giant baggie.”

“Merchandise was left in the lower part of my yard very close to the road. I realize the merchandise was very heavy , however, it’s not to say the merchandise could have been stolen. However, everything worked out ok.”

“The attachment is great but the packaging / steel crate that it was shipped in was destroyed and the attachment is all scratched up. I like how eat everything was from ordering to receiving. Just think the piece shouldn’t have come all scratched and paint missing. I’m glad it was for me and not one of my customers.”

“Bucket looks good. But the 1.5 inch pin hole are not round and smaller than 1.5 inches. The 2 pieces of metal welded together for the holes are about a 1/4 inch off from being lined up. So now I had to purchase an 1.5 inch drill bit to try and clean up the holes. Definitely not something you can plan on using right out of the box. But the price isn't bad compared to most.”

“Received in a very timely manner (5), pins were not greased (1), main hinge pin on left, not all the way in, tab bent, retaining bolt stripped, hole not tapped all the way through, had to redo, retaining bolts for pins were loose, decided to replace all retaining bolts, butter bolts (1), quick-connect hoses too short on JD553 loader, even moved to the opposite side, still too short (1), buying new 3/8 hoses, 8ft, 2ft longer (1), hope it works well once I get it working properly. Like the design”

“I bought an adjustable garden bedder attachment. First I was told delivery would be about a month sooner than it actually was. When I finally received the attachment it was poorly packaged and missing hardware.”

“When I placed the order, it said I would receive a 10% discount for signing up with my email address. However, it didn’t provide that discount at checkout. It also said that all products shipped for free. However, when I got to the checkout, it was charging me $50 for shipping. I called in and they waived the shipping but told me that I couldn’t have the discount because the price was already discounted. I went ahead and ordered the part without the promise 10% discount but with free freight. Before it arrived I received an email indicating the price had dropped by $72. I called in and asked for the discounted price in the email they had sent me. They put me on hold for a couple minutes then returned and was told me it had been more than 24 hours since I ordered the part so I couldn’t have the discount. I haven’t tried out the bucket yet, but I have a pretty bad taste in my mouth or the purchase experience. This was not my first purchase from Titan but it just may be the last!”

“I bought the heavy duty pallet fork with 60” forks it was delivered on a Monday afternoon, Wednesday morning I got a email that the same unit I bought was $100.00 cheaper so I called customer service and was told it was on sale and since I had already bought mine I didn’t get the sale price. I have bought from pallet forks before but I will not buy from them again”

“The delivery time was great!!! But most of the bucket welds were undercut. Very poor quality. I'm a weld inspector. I will have to get most of the welds rewelded.”

“I ordered an 8' X 7' chain drag harrow. When I began uncrating, I realized I would be doing some minor assembly. Their nice "thankyou" card instructed me to go to www.titanmanuals.com/ - which I did (after deleting the forward slash) and when I searched the product number HDHRW68 it was a dead end 0 results. So I called and was happy to be able to talk to someone who forwarded the manual for an HDHRW44 - a similar/smaller unit of the same construction. The manual referred me to page 7 for layout and parts description, but there was no page 7. I called again and was told they would work on updating the manual. So I'm in the guessing mode for putting the thing together and am not real happy about this disorganization. Simple, small detail - the chain unit is partially uncrated and I'm thinking of sending it back.”

“I would like to begin by saying that I would have given 3.5 stars if I could. That being said, my first issue was the way my order was packaged and shipped. My pallet fork bracket and 42" forks were shipped via FedEx Ground. Though they arrived unharmed, I feel really bad for the poor FedEx employees that had to handle these 3 units weighing 100 lbs. Each. It just seems like shipping it via LTL would make more sense. Secondly, the forks were very difficult to attach to the frame, and almost impossible to slide.”

“This is a review on the fork attachment. I purchased both the frame and 36 inch forks as a replacement to a borrowed set of John Deere forks. The fork frame required some minor modification to fit my Mahindra 3616, the quick tach pins did not fit the holes, had to grind about 3/8 on each side. Otherwise works fine lots of scratches from shipping. Quality is the same on the frame as products from China. However, the forks are very nice appear to be high quality and the fit and finish is exceptional. I would rate the forks as 5 star and the frame as 3 star (acceptable).”

“Fedex sucks, use a different carrier. My package was set up for delivery 3 different times before it actually delivered. Titan implement is great , the delivery service from Fedex was horrible!!”

“From purchase to ship date seemed like a long time for an item that was in stock. Attachment did not fit my 1840 quick attach. I had to enlarge the holes to work with my skid loader.”
