“Shipping is really inconsistent. Got two orders last month. One had parts carefully wrapped. The other had an open box of parts just resting on the pallet. Some nuts were literally falling off the pallet as it was being unloaded. Found them in the road. Came up short on nuts and bolts.”

“Had a very bad shipping experience. Either something didn't come with all it's parts or I was sent the wrong item. It took me several days and many phone calls to resolve the problem. I had to ship a large item back because small pieces were not available. I was told that my lost item was not available and to go buy it somewhere else. Two days later I received it? I selected a 3 not because the equipment I purchased wasn't great because it is. But trying to solve a small problem turned out to be a huge issue to fix.”

“I think the mowers is made pretty good but the driveshaft was too short for my 36 hp compact Mahinddra I had to purchase another driveshaft for $160 I should’ve been given an option to buy a different length driveshaft when purchasing the mower”

“Have NOT received my tax refund.....even after sending in my exemption card & information,TWICE! Also, the day I received one piece of equipment, Titan lowered the price 22$. No problem with the pieces of equipment I purchased.”

“Delayed arrival. It assembled quite easily, however, the bucket is at a slant - not as it should be perpendicular. As with the 24" bucket the 8" teeth are skewed as well.”

“Haven't had a chance to use it yet, shipping was fast but somewhere between Titan and my shop someone put a fork through the crate damaging the sheet metal on my flail mower.”

“I thought the email updates were excellent. Packaging was a real issue. When the attachment showed up, the box was very tattered with metal showing through the holes. The inside part was wire tied to the main unit, the ties broke and the part was bouncing around inside the package. I was considering returning it due to all the scuffs and dings. I did take pictures I could send you.”

“received quick hitch missing pin, bent latch handle and paint scrapes yes I could source the pin locally but why would I not receive what I have already paid for the latch is functional it can be straightened the paint issue is acceptable from shipping I hope these issues will suggest an update to shipping procedures a little bubble wrap and/or stretch wrap would solve this problem David the company follow up is excellent”

“Disappointed. First pallet lifted 900# bent the top rail so badly the forks wouldn’t move. The forks themselves are well made and the frame design is nicely done. That top rail material is my only problem.”

“Titan was great but Fedex destroyed my package twice and lost half of it the first time it was finally delivered. Titan immediately sent another and I was able to piece together a whole rake a month after it was originally ordered.”

“Individual pieces only wrapped in thin cellophane and not tightly secured within crate so they damaged themselves during transit. Lot of paint chipped and scratched off resulting in rust. No installation instructions provided either.”

“Service was fast and initially, all seemed well. Per the product description below it was supposed to come with both 2.0" and a 2.5" bolt on receiver plates. After calling and telling customer service that I was missing the large 2.5" they re-sent and I now have 3 of the 2.0" plates and still no 2.5". "Product Overview This all in one hitch is designed to tackle any job from hauling trailers to moving hay. The integrated standard and goose-neck hitch receivers are perfect for moving trailers and other equipment around without having to change implements. Also easily move bales of hay around by attaching bale spears into our 3 mount points. Comes with both a 2" and a 2.5" bolt on receiver hitch. "”

“Hitch was received in a very timley manner, however it was shipped unpackaged, and both release handles were all bent upnot sure it they were bent before or this happened thru Fed X. Would like the replacement cost of the release handles.”

“i was sent the wrong part that i needed to finish some dirt work before rains. i have been unable to return item until today because of flooding concerns, staff has been friendly and hope to get the right part soon.”

“Receiver on 3 point quick hitch compatible was damaged although the box was intact. Metal was burred and powdercoat worn off.”

“The attachment seems to work fine and will suit our needs. However the design of the steel crate that it was delivered in made it difficult to get the attachment out. two steel vertical bars located in the back made it immpossible to attach it to the skid loader. We had to bend those bars down so we could get close enough to pick up the attachment. Now we have a steel cage that needs recycled Also really trashy the sticker that says Titan and was already coming off.”
