“It arrived quickly but the paint was already peeling off.”

“Your products have always been as advertised and reliable and of good quality. Your ability to ship the skeleton grapple was as near a complete failure as it could have been. It sat in the freight yard for over 10 days because they were not given the billing info. I had to get on the phone and get things moving because it is not certain if I ever would have gotten it.”

“Order went very smoothly. Shipping on the other hand was not as smooth. Item was packaged very well. It took several weeks to receive the brush cutter, no communication from the trucking company what so ever until delivery day. The item was also damaged. The PTO cover was bent from handling.”

“Placing order was seamless. BUT it is confusing when the company has multiple itentities including Titan Attachments, Titan Fitness, and Palletforks.com!!! In the end the order arrived after a bit of a trucking delay, but was in fine shape. The ballast box I purchased is better quality than I expected!”

“I wish there was a way to include pics in the review, that might help explain some of my issues. The whole thing is all scratched up pretty bad. Two of the grease fitting are broke off on the wheels. One wheel brace was bent so the wheel would not even turn. I have to straighten that out 1st thing. Haven’t had a chance to use because I have to run to the hardware store to buy bolts that it was missing. Having said all that it does appear to be a nice piece of equipment that I hope will fit my needs.”

“Shipping was delayed by about a week, has hole in tire from rubbing on the crate during shipping but now they have no idea how soon we will get it. Was supposed to contact me within 48hrs with update, have heard nothing, so I can"t really give a review on the product cause we can"t use it”

“The equipment is well built, arrived quickly and works great. But they somehow managed to double bill me, didn't seem to concerned that they could have over drawn my account and couldn't refund me for a week. The customer service ppl tried to help but evidently the $ppl are just inept. I can't afford to shop with them again, I wish they had a local dealer instead of the faceless online store.”

“Item was missing a critical part and grease fitting was damaged during shipping. One part was loose on top of pallet when received. The attachment looks like it's well built if I had all the pieces. I have emailed the company in hopes for quick replacement parts. Will update rating if parts are received in timely manner.”

“Just received my 3 pt gooseneck attachment. Looked well built, but had to drill out draw pin holes for the lynch pins to fit, that's sloppy machine work, makes me wonder about the rest of the construction”

“Hydronic lines are about 2.5 feet to long and drag on the ground there now wire tied up don’t know how long that will last . They are shipped with no grease that’s the first thing to do before you use it . One grapple doesn’t open all the way . This is on a JD 110 TLB it’s a little to heavy for my tractor but it worked ok I don’t want the bucket up to high when loaded . Will probably sell it when done in my yard .”

“Got the first part of the forks in 3 days, then 1 fork in 5 days, and the 2nd in 9 days. It was all originally shipped from the same place.”

“I was very disappointed in the quality of the welds. There was uncut. Porosity. Humped up / not flat and weld spatter that wasn’t cleaned up.”

“My front mount receiver adapter arrived with a bend in the plate, but it's location does not hinder the function. There were no scuff marks, so I'm led to believe it was bent during manufacturing and ignored during welding assy, prior to painting. Additionally, the lift plates that the front loader folds into are bent angles with the incorrect (insufficient) radius to fit as they should. Having recently retired from 53 years of ownership of a steel fabrication firm, this is stunningly poor quality control. Disappointing, but ultimately it does perform it's intended function. From my perspective, the price point is the most credible attribute of this attachment, hence my (3 out of 5) rating.”

“The design of the thing needs some improvements for user friendly, like the pto because u can't raise it all the way up without bending the PTO ,it need a heavier spring when you back up on the rod so it's got more room to move”
