“Only sent the frame, had to call and ask about the forks, got them a week later.”

“Disappointed with the packaging for the bolts. A ziplock bag is unsuitable for 4 bolts of that size. They should have been taped to the frame in such a way they wouldn’t be lost. Had to buy my own bolts, washers, and nuts to install. The actual part was made of good construction, welds, and teeth. Should operate as described.”

“Nowhere in the manual or on line is there a diagram or instruction on how to assemble the equipment. Came in 2 pieces with 3 point hitch separate from main plow with no instructions on how to out together. Any pictures undid find showed opposite ways to do it.”

“Buying process was good. Delivery also good. BUT the step on my forks was damaged. I will try to fix it but it's too bad this is the dark spot on a generally good experiance.”

“The delivery date was postponed by the designated carrier 3 times,when the item arrived the box was torn, the attaching hardware was missing,I called customer service,sent pics,they are sending a replacement shipment,another wait?,my project on hold.Product looks good,but not good if not delivered timely,complete.”

“Purchase was easy, delivery was timely, but the snowblower was pretty beat up when it was unpacked. Multiple large scratches and scuffs. Already surface rust started on the diagonal three point mounts. Missing pto guard as well. Have to wait for winter to see how it performs.”

“Product was shipped as 3 separate packages with no shipping boxes or packaging. Slight paint damage was all. The 3 packages arrive over the course of a week as opposed to the same time. I’m sure weight was the reason for 3 pcs instead of 1, but would have been helpful to have at same time. The message regarding delivery date were wrong on all except the first. Kept stringing them along with daily delays.”

“I need tech assistsnce to purchase a hydraulic kit for my JD 4410 tractor . My grapple requires an extra front hydraulic hose and actuator. I have been trying to get your help in determining what kit works for the titan grapple . With no response , by phone or email. . Poor customer service !”

“well i am very happy with the item i purchased as it is well made but i am totally shocked that it arrived with all the pieces and intact as the box looked like fedex dragged it behind the truck all the way here from there..... on a positive note that saved me the effort of unpacking it as the box literally fell off it; the 2 smaller boxes inside that contained the wheels and bag of bolts also were badly battered”

“Ripper attachment needs to be 1 1/2” to latch down. Had to alter myself for it took along time just to get attachment. Notice in reviews that there has been problems with size of hole”
