“Pakcage was destroyed by the time it got to me. Product was fine just couldn't move it in the box that hardly existed anymore. Use a shipper other than FEDEX.”

“The bearing attachment for the L side of the pulverizer roller was missing BOTH set screws. Thus, hadn't even used the roller and it of course fell off after installation. Now I need to go to a hardware store to find acceptable set screws so I can use the implement. Inspection of the unit would have discovered this. Appears also that the other bearing's set screws are not installed with Loc-Tite. Going to fix that too. The implement looks study and high quality. But the details do matter. As of now, I cannot use this but was certainly intending to.”

“One problem I had was there was no direction included with the product on how to put the product together. finally, find it on-line.”

“The web site said items were in stock, they weren’t. There were 4 major parts which were all delivered separately over a month, the rack was delivered. A week later one fork, about 2 weeks after that the second fork (which was incomplete) a week after that the hay spikes were delivered. I called a total of 4 times and was told everything from the item in stock, they just arrived at the warehouse to the were back order. I finally got member email that said the back ordered items we in. Regarding one fork that was incomplete I call the salesperson was understanding. He said Titan was out of stock on the locking clip and offered a refund. He refunded the cost of t by e clip plus shipp and referred me to eBay. I followed the link, found my clip and ordered it. Of course you know they sent the wrong part.”

“I would be embarrassed to send a product out in the packaging it was in. It was also missing one of the 3 point hitch pins and one spacer on a leveling wheel. Other than that seems like a good mowe.”

“It is fully functional but the lift/carry handles are welded on crooked. They are not bent from shipping. The paint job leaves a lot to be desired.”

“The price and shipping of the 3 point hitch assembly were great. I was disappointed that I had to order the hitch and spears separately because the hitch spear combo was back ordered. Overall the hitch quality is okay. Sloppy welds and paint, the receiver pin hole appears to be punch because the tube is slightly deformed. Its sufficient all around for my use. It does fit with a landpride quick hitch.”

“The shipping company had 3 false delivery alerts, failed to deliver 3 different times. Package arrived with pieces loose and not secured. There are3 disks delivered with my order. Who is missing a disk?????”

“The attachment is great (skid steer forks) once it got here. Shipping was not real smooth. It was shipped in three separate pieces (mount and each fork shipped as separate pieces). Somehow in shipping, they all got separated and took a span of 10 days from when the first piece was delivered until the final piece was delivered.”

“Overall a good mower deck, but there were a few scratches and dings from shipping (no big deal since it’s going to get them from use anyway). Also the pto shaft sent with it is way too short. Never had this issue with any other attachments for my tractor, so I don’t think it’s just that my tractor has a particularly long distance from the pto to the hitch, maybe it does but I saw other complaints about the same thing in other reviews. I think Titan just needs to send a pto that’s 6-8” longer standard with the mower. Either way I had a pto shaft from a brush hog that is just long enough, so swapped it out and it’s fine. I just feel for what I’m paying for the mower should come with a pto shaft that actually works with it.”

I rate Titan right along with my Cell provider, well my cell provider has better customer service, but like my internet provider, or other utilities, If I need something, I gotta talk to Jane doe over in the Philippines. I'm buying a piece of equipment for my heavy tractor, I don't wanna talk to an accent or someone in the Philippines,, that is just unfriendly no customer service. Well, you say you have customer service! Titan takes my American money, When I call about parts or an order, I expect an American.”
