“Titan was easy to order from. The issue was the delivery of the item. The end trucking firm didn't see the order for a lift gate to lower the item at delivery. It took 3 weeks to deliver from the local firm.”

“This order was lost and another order was placed. However, this order showed up the same day the replacement order was delivered. I called to inform Titan and they arranged for it to be picked up.”

“I love y'alls equipment... LOVE THE PART...it is exactly what I needed and the price was less than had I fabricated it myself... packaging and shipping was another issue... the box was destroyed...the bag over the box had tape everywhere but not enough to really close anything...2 of the attachment nut and bolt assemblies were missing and not an edge on the fabrication isn't missing paint... I figure it's going in the dirt and the bolts are not difficult to replace...but damn get some real packaging material....”

“Titan is a good company with good tools. however in this case, our blade came without instructions or a manual and it is not easy to figure out how to connect it to our machine. the connectors are bobcat pins and we have a Cat. there is no discussion on the website about the tool being machine specific and hence we are having trouble connecting it to our equipment. There should be some notice on the website about the wiring and the pins. again, the device looks great and we are looking forward to working it some day. don't count on the manual as there isn't one. the online manual is worthless.”

“I ordered 2 items one of which was on backorder. There was a glitch in receiving the item that was on backorder. It came in stock at the time I was told it would but my order was not sent. I followed up with a representative and it took another week before something was done. Then there was another delay because my address was changed by someone at your facility. When it finally was straightened out I did receive my order. If all of these delays with the second item had not occurred I would have rated you a strong "5".”

“First good job on the packaging no dents dings or missing paint ! Had a broken grease zert and two were plugged not allowing grease to go in. Also the back roller grease zert on drivers side is too close to the metal brace to allow a grease fun to attach. I had to loosen it out to add grease . Please contact me for pictures”

“Box didn’t hold up and had to be returned to fedex who taped the hell out of what was left of it. Probably should be more secure. It was delayed a few days because of this”

“Very slow shipping. Told me my order had been “fulfilled “; however not yet shipped. How can an order be fulfilled when you had not delivered on your part of the purchase agreement?”

“Ordered 5 ft pinestraw rake, received in broken up box but at least all parts were there. No instructions for assembly or even a parts inventory list. Watched a you tube video of someone's review of the pinestraw rake and was able to comprehend assembly from their fast timelapse video of their assembly of item”

“The product looks decent, but the pallet was broken and all anchor points to the metal cage were broken as well as the finish mower deck was halfway out of the cage that was supposed to protect it. There was damage to the deck and wheel arm supports, not enough to not let it work but very disappointing. The packaging has some improving to do in my opinion.”

“I like the unit overall, however, the wheel brackets are not strong enough, backing up on soft grass bends them.The metal is not thick enough or hard enough.”

“Product itself is very well built. Only issue I had was with the shipping company, they use FedEx which always has a problem. Should have been delivered within the original 5 days but took 2 weeks. If your not in a hurry it won't be a problem.”

“I haven't had a chance to use my bolt on pallet forks yet but they arrived exactly as I would expect. However, the company seems like a very needy company and has sent 15 emails in the last 10 days. Reminds me of a 3 year old seeking attention. Congratulations titan, you achieved the minimum, here's your trophy 🏆.”

“I would've given a higher rating if it wasn't for the delay in receiving this months after the invoice was paid. I know some of it has to do w/ supply-side delays & global shipping issues, but putting my money into your bank account far in advance of shipping is why I gave 3 stars.”

“I think it would improve the purchase experience if you included step by step instructions and/or a diagram illustrating the proper chain attachment to a tractor bucket. When I tried it out it came right off after two digs in relatively soft soil so I am sure I did something wrong. Otherwise the product seems to be solid and strong so if I am able to attach it securely to my bucket I think I will like it.”

“Titan’s marketing, web presence and product selection are excellent, US sales and offshore customer support are very good. Current improvement opportunities exist in order fullfillment - moving products to customers after purchase in like new condition. Pandemic related delays have lingered longer than reasonable for Titan, and FedEx as their chosen partner. Waited 12 business days until delivery of damaged packages with minor paint scratches to implements - worse, half the order was missing and it took several calls and emails to resolve this through offshore support and FedEx. Yesterday completed the delivery of all items with no compensation by Titan but many apologies from their kind staff. Duration from purchase to delivery was 21 calendar days, distance covered from distribution center was 83 miles.”

“Tiller is well built seems to be high quality works good but the shipping container is terrible. Received mine all damaged scratched up up and most of that is a shipper's problem but they could have packaged it better the hoses were all pinched and it's a 120 days before I can get new hoses I should have rejected it but I needed to get my Deer crop in.”

“The product was exactly what I expected. The package was late due to the package falling apart. The box the attachment was shipped in was patched and taped multiple times from the shipper. When I picked up the box the attachment fell out. I suggest adding more and a better packing material”
