“Titan company is great! Very good customer service, quick shipping, and great prices. The shipping service is what made me rethink getting any more products from titan. The company called me to tell me a date which was fine. I explained that my driveway was big enough for them to turn in explained where to put it and they had no issues. The driver on the other hand called 10 minutes out which fine. But then proceeded to yell and say he shouldn't have been on the road because it was posted and he refused to bring it any farther than the mailbox. It was still in the road... it isn't my fault that their communication in there own company is bad. And they should have known if the road was posted. I had explained to them if they couldn't deliver to where I wanted I had a second site to deliver and they assured me the first site was fine, which the driver was upset about.”

“The mounting slots are narrow to engage my skid attachment pins, so they had to be widened by 1/4" each side with a plasma cutter.”

“When I received the hitch, the receiver portion was sticking outside the shipping box. It was beat up and scratched, and probably damaged anything that was shipped next to it. Also, the paint job is unacceptable. It has begun flaking off everywhere already. I will have to strip and repaint the entire hitch.”

“One of the pins on my quick attachment won’t lock down. It does on all my other attachments. I needed to grind down part of the metal on the forks to make it work. Could have been bent a little during shipping”

“Staff that I’ve spoke with are amazing. From order to delivery was just two days. Exemplary. However I had changed my mind and changed the mower I wanted to order. I actually called before my original order was shipped. It was shipped anyway and then I was told I would have to wait until it made it back to their warehouse and the it would take 5-7 days after that to get my refund. The shipping of the piece was Titan’s fault but it my money they’re holding on to. We’re 9day from when I cancel the original order and placed the second order and I still have receive a refund. Careful if you want to cancel or return anything. Made what I thought a great company to appear shady to me.”

“Titan Representatives were very helpful throughout the sales process and the product appears to be as described. However, delivery was a month long process. After several phone calls, it was scheduled for delivery with a no show. This happened three times. Stayed home all day waiting to unload it. Very frustrating. Finally got a phone number to speak directly with the shipper and worked out a definite date. Happy so far with the product but there was a month of wondering if it even existed.”

“The welds need some attention,my cross member weld broke apart looking like a cold weld,other welds look like an amateur welded. Haven’t used the 12ton shop press yet.”

“The line fitting are open to get broken easy it needs to have a guard over the the two T connections . Other than that it’s really great.”

“Ok product. Not heavy a metal as could be. When cutter rounds the post the frame comes,back too far. Already had the ran to bend part 78 in manuel. Mowed slow and did not rush mower. Not 100% this is a great quality.”

“The harrow was ordered on March 16 and arrived on April 19. Transit time was a little long. The harrow ordered was 7' x 8'. Seem that the harrow received is more like 7' x 7'. Each section is about 2 feet wide. Would preferred 4 sections instead of the 3 received.”

“Item was on backorder which was not revealed until after ordering. Tines received are 32 inches from tip to tip, not 32 inches of exposed tines to use.”
