“You didn't do very good. Ordering the product, paying , and knowing when it would arrive was great.When it arrived and I opened it I saw I did not receive what I had ordered! Called customer service to inform them. Sent them a couple pics. and they apoligized for the in conveincence. My order is in route now though.”

“The reason I picked this attachment was that you showed it in stock. I assumed I would've received it sooner than I did. Then it was delayed several times. One delay I assume was the weather but the others...not sure”

“After over 2 weeks from the original order, I finally got all of the piece parts for the pallet fork assembly I ordered. Three days after submitting the order a single pallet fork was delivered. The following day the mounting plate was delivered. It turned out that the 2x forks and mounting plate were all shipped at different times. I had to reach out multiple times to determine where my missing fork was. Finally, another order was created to ship my missing fork. I now have a complete assembly. Looking at the tracking information, each piece was picked up at a different time by the shipper. I would have thought they would have been required to be picked up at the same time given it was an assembly. No attempts to rectify this effort on my behalf were made to compensate for my time tracking my various shipments and loss of piece part.”

“The box the item arrived in was absolutely destroyed. Thankfully this was not a problem as the actually item was well wrapped in bubble wrap and luckily arrived unharmed. The pieces needing to be attached to the item were taped to the body thus nothing was missing.”

“I ordered the first attachment and it was shipped out with zero packing/ box/pallet, nothing but the attachment. When I received it there was missing hardware. I called your customer support line and explained to the phone person that the hardware was missing. He checked inventory and said the hardware is on back order and there would be a delay in getting the missing items. Never mind that this is a brand new item !!! I said that was unacceptable. It took about another 15-20 minutes to get authorization for a replacement attachment. I received the second attachment a few days later a bit scratched up but at least it had all the hardware on this item. You could have avoided a lot of expense and goofing around if you would have done a better job sending the first item if you would have packed/secured/ the attachment in the first place”

“I purchased the 3,000lb John Deere fork attachment with 60" blades. The price and free shipping were the biggest selling points for me. I'm happy to now have a set of forks, but there were some quality issues. Titan mistakenly shipped me three fork blades..which turned out to be a good thing, because none of the three were totally flat. So I had the opportunity to assemble the closest pair and return the worst one. I didn't see this as an issue in other reviews, so perhaps it's more of an issue with the 60" blades. The blades are very hard to adjust on the rack. Expect to use a lot of grease, or a lot of grunt. The Titan sticker was crooked! Like someone slapped it on last-minute.. with a 10' stick..blindfolded.. Would I recommend this brand to a friend? Yes, but I'd make sure they were aware of what they're getting.”

“so far love the stump bucket and grapple and shipping was quick. Unfortunately the first time i used it one of the hydraulic lines was maybe finger tight so i leaked fluid all over. luckily since it was the first time i caught it before too much fluid leaked out to impact my track loader.”
