I ordered and paid for a skid steer jib boom 5,000 lb capacity. I received a broom for a forklift mount. Titan is in the process of sending the correct item ordered and picking up the wrong one. In this case I didn’t need this On a tight timeline. However, there are times I order products that need on a tight timeline… It is an inconvenience to have to be at the shipping site for the return of the wrong item…

Lower mounting holes did not line up with pins on attachment. Holes were oblong and had to be modified for proper alignment.

Bucket seems goo led other than the quick tach is not square where the bottom plates are welded on for the pin hole the one side is welded on lower so when the pins are locked in the one side barely thru the hole

Repackaged by Post Office, most items lost, foreign accents on Titan customer service reps made it difficult to understand them and me, product out of stock, waiting to see if it ever arrives. Should have bought from Amazon, next time for sure.

Package arrived damaged and missing parts. Looks like one of the wheel assembly parts came completely out of the flimsy cardboard box. Missing a bushing and clip pin.

the product was clean and brightly painted. was missing some washers and a nut for one of the bolts. Who ever the packer was, just threw the nuts and washers in the box, two bolts were on the support and the rest were missing. nice try. You need better quality controll and double checking the order

Nice piece of equipment, shipped fast. The reason for the 3 star review is for a couple of problems. I was never notified that it was shipped and on 3 or 4 tries at looking on their website, their website kept saying there was a problem displaying the information.

I'm not very happy. First off it took a month to get here. Second, you advertise free shipping, but it still cost me $50 dollars for shipping. Third, no one contacted me telling me it would be late and why. I had to continually contact you for info. I still need other equipment, but since your company doesn't seem to make any effort to rectify the situation then looking elsewhere seems to be the logical choice.

The order taker personal very good; inside the company a total disaster. I was toll a telephone call two days before deliver "DID NOT HAPPEN" I "DID PAY $40 TO CHANGE ADDRESS", as doing so the driver from FedEx deliver the 40" forks" The second item delivered by FedEx diver call me and everything when very smooth," The same day after delivery Fedex I received another call from other carrier telling me that they have to deliver a Grapple thing that I got 3 hours past. I guarantee your inventory and your inventory guy must be removed from that position, and the logistic person also. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

processing and delivery was very quick, however, the tractor drawbar has a stripped out nut and I cannot screw in the left pin. I am still waiting on someone to respond to my message.

Works fairly well for my application. I use the forks for picking up Ponderosa pine slash piles to move to a central location for chipping or burning. The workmanship on the spears is not smooth nor do the spears set equally/level in the backing plate, welds are a little rough but so far nothing has broken--Junior High workmanship. This situation is annoying in that some of the spears will go under the branches and material I am picking up, but other spears go over or into the branches thus pushing the pile and sometimes jamming them between the spears. The product was less expensive than competitors and I suppose I got what I paid for. It will do the job. Question below asks if delivery was on time: since Titan did not give a delivery estimate, I cannot answer accurately. Ordered on 22 March, arrived 5 April.

So as far as the ordering Process it went great but it would not fit my implements and I’ve reached out about a return to even see if I could and I have not heard anything. So great ordering but bad communication

Box that gauge wheels came in had many holes in it and a bolt was missing in one of the wheels

I purchased a 7' roto harrow recently. Two of the barres that have a threaded hole that the set screw goes into to were bad. So much over spray in the hole for the set screw made it impossible to thread the bolt in. The threads in the other one were bad. Had to pay my neighbor to drill and retap the holes so I could set the spikes. contacted someone at titan. Told them what happened, he didn't have much to say about it. kind of sad. They sent the 2nd order fast after the first order was lost in freight…suggest on heavy items the address not be part of packaging that could be torn off in handling with fork trucks

Tine bar position holes were on the side of the attachment plate instead at the top. The shipping crate was bent and not secured to the pallet. I have pictures of the tine bar...

Metal frame from shipping was bent in to the hydraulic hoses and am not sure if any damage to them until I remove the piece.
