“Delivery was faster than expected great! The only problem was that the handle that tightens the screw to the bucket was poorly welded which caused the collar to fall off the end of the handle. If you can provide 2 handles that are welded better that would be great.”

“Titan --- I have bought several attachments for you, and have been very happy. This order is not so. You sent an email telling me saying it is a delay to ship. Then when it did arrive not all the parts were with it. You tell me that it may take till May or longer till the missing parts arrive. I am disappointed. We get this order straightened out thin we will rate.”

“The bushings that came with my order do not fit. Since Titan controls all of the variables I don’t know why they don’t fit. I called to figure this out and I am still waiting for a response”

“Communication was not very good. I requested a delivery update and got a computer generated response saying someone will update you soon. 4 days later I received a phone call from the freight service saying they were on their way with my order. I was out of town on business and had to scramble around trying to find a place for him to deliver it. Communication”

“Poorly boxed & marred/missing paint. You guys need to protect the welded on brackets better...they were poking outside of the box & got badly abused...I paid a lot of money & would expect the paint to be in good condition...please do better. Now I have to waste time spray painting to prevent rust/corrosion...disappointing.”

“Fair price and fast shipping, lift quality is just ok, the wheel chock is so poor quality it should not even be included. The hydraulic pressure release to lower the table is difficult to get set up, the instructions offer no help and the linkage provided does not match the exploded view diagram, the exploded view version looks much better. Once I purchase enough parts to get this one fully functional I probably will have spent the same to buy a better quality lift.”

“The attachment is fine but the shipping box was very bad. The lid was loose and parts sticking out on several places. When I picked up the box, the whole bottom fell off and I was injured badly. Also there were no instructions for assembly.”

“The shipping of my most recent purchase was not that enjoyable. I bought a set of pallet forks for my John Deer tractor and it got shipped in 3 pieces and delivered separately a week apart. In addition, I received notification that the forks were delivered on 3/24/22 when in fact they didn't arrive until 3/28. The back frame looked like it was laid down and dragged as the paint is all scratched down to the bare metal. I realize they are just forks but they are brand new. Not happy about it.”

“Product was fine--shipping was awful and difficult to track until after it was delivered. Item set on loading dock for three days before leaving. Had we known where the item was shipping from we would have just driven there and picked it up.”

“First, I should’ve realized these were made in China. The welding job is speechless I received zero notice that is item was even in stock or being shipped. 2 of the spears have damage to the threads for the nuts to not tighten on. Won’t order a titan attachment again.”
