“Shipping was fast. The mount plate came warped. It was warped during the welding process. I didn’t return it because it is usable.”

“Was delivered in a crate all broken up with the leg stands sticking out the bottom of crate. All 4 legs where bent and had to be straightened out before I could even use it”

“Delivery was fast and the product is top quality. My only complaint is I didn't receive the lower lift pins. I contacted customer support 3 days ago and haven't had a response. I had to go to tractor supply and purchase the pins to use the product.”

“You need a phone line that connects your customers to the people that are handling the orders. When I or anyone calls they get someone that has no idea what is going on. I was told it would be LtL then got a email saying it was fedx home delivery. Then it showed up as LtL frieght. There are different address and requirements for home delivery or LtL frieght. And why do you send everything as a single peace when they go together. This causes problems. I have had peace lost in the past from you and could not reach anyone to do anything about it. The only reason I still do business with you is cause your cheap.”

“I received the spreader on time, but the gearbox axel was sticking 3 or 4 inches out of the side of the box. It does not appear damaged, but must have been loose in the box. Also, I received no instruction manual. I was directed to the website. Is this normal? I don't know if all parts are here because no written material to check against.”

“Was unable to cancel order. Received two same items same day and packaging was destroyed on both. Two weeks to process refund. Problems with logistics is obvious. Product is outstanding and well worth the price.”

“Forks arrived still sitting on driveway. Waiting on frame incorrect item was sent has been picked up and returned hoping this week frame will show up. The people I spoke with were very helpful in resolving the issue.”

“The orginal order went fine. Afterward, a set of pallet forks [like I ordered but only forks] showed up. I contacted Titan and told them about the strange arrival. They asked me to package them and take them to FedEx about 20 miles away. I declined and they arranged for a pickup. I felt like I inconvenienced them and basically was not appreciated for notifying them of the mistake.”

“The ease of ordering and fast delivery was a plus. The overall quality of the product was ok. The attention to detail of grinding the welds could of been better. If you’re ordering one in green to match your John Deere it will NOT match the color of your Deere. It’s too light. With that said mine came missing paint on all four corners. It was delivered by FedEx with thin cardboard and shrink wrap on it. I’ve already repainted it with John Deere spray paint. If I could go back I would order it in black. The mounting hardware looked and felt to be of good quality. I had no problems picking it up with my imatch. I have a Ken’s bolt on hook on mine and there is some play with the top pin of the ballast box in the hook. May switch back to the stock one when using the ballast box.”

“The item arrived with the steel frame it was enclosed in all bent out of shape and the paint on the auger arm and support was scratched in several places. I can only hope that the auger is intact and there is no structural damage after this rough treatment in shipping. The trucker that brought the auger was helpful and professional but somewhere along the way, all your great work was nearly ruined.”
