“Attachment is fine. Shipping was the issue as implement sat at FedEx in Rogers and they wouldn’t deliver for about a week.”

“The shovel attachment was heavy piece of equipment but I use a come along to hold it and it bent my bucket. Meh 🫤 never heard back”

“I bought this so I could use the shank I also purchased but now I can’t get that so this is useless to me until I figure out what to do with it. It does look like it’s built well just disappointed I bought it for something I can’t get”

“Happy with the attachment but shipping was a joke took and call customer service and did not get to much help. They told me what day it would be delivered but showed up a day earlier and I get a call saying they can leave it or reschedule had to drop what I was doing to rush home as they were leaving it at the end of my driveway on the road.”

“Their product is good but if there is anything wrong with the order, it's on you to fix it. The plastic guard on the gearbox was damaged. I sent them pictures and a week later they told me they don't replace damaged parts and suggested I take it to someone who can manufacture one.”

“The backhoe thumb was well designed and built. there were no instructions included so i had to find a You Tube video that described how to install it on my tractor. It did require additional 'shims', more like plate stock. I needed two 1/2" thick and two 1/4" plates cut to custom sizes. Luckily i had some laying around. Instructions should be included and buyers should be made aware of any additional part requirements. It would be 5 star review if this was included.”

“Your shipping is atrocious. Put an item that weighs that much in a cardboard box should be a crime. Zero straps, zero wood to hold it in place. I’d rather pay extra for a pallet or some other secure shipping versus sending it in a trashed box via FedEx. Will not order from you again.”

“The forks are mounted on the Kubota L3010 front loader. I was able to lift a down pine tree trunk about 5 hundred pounds without much issue. The stabilizer does fit the folks but the set screw for the sliding arm was installed cross thread. The screw can not back out. I notify the TITAN but it takes 3 business days for the support. I removed the screw using oil and brute force. After removal then taps the nut thread and install the set screw with the handle. It is usable now as I need to get the unit ready to work soon. The Stabilizer though is heavy but the workmanship can be better.”

“The shaft tow bar attachment was not well designed. Clearly the painting of the shaft was not accounted for and the cylinder attachment had to be hammered on and the manually rotated with a hammer again to wear down the paint even in the presence of grease. Once hammered…. It did work well with my compact tractor. Filling the tank with water would be improved with a hose fitting or provide an adaptor. Works but could be much better…..”
