I received my package but it was damaged during shipping. The only reason I am giving 3 stars right now is for their customer service. Customer service was right on it and they are shipping me the replacement parts/damaged parts right away. I had answers within hours of notifying them. From what I could assemble, the directions were clear and easy to put it together. I would like to do another review once I ahve it together and can use it.

Fits my New Holland Workmaster 25. Y'all must be hurting for skilled welders though. I'm expecting welds to break in the future. The price compared to other fork attachments fits the quality however. Hire better welders and easily a 5 star product.

The order and delivery process was perfect. Sadly the implement didn’t fit. The holes dont align and will require some grinding to fit

Was told on the phone by your technical staff that the discing angle could be adjusted. Original sales person didn't say the cutting angle could be adjusted. I assumed it could but called just prior to delivery and spoke with a technical staff person who confirmed that it was the 660+ lb unit, was red and that the disc angle could be adjusted. Looks like adjustment would require a cutting torch and welder but maybe I'm just not looking at it right. Bought it over a Frontier since it is heavier. Seems like a solid unit. Guess I should have sprung for a land pride.

Attachment will not hook up direct fit have to take off tractor and pry in.

The attachment was great but it is missing two grease zerks . The fed ex guy had no way to unload the attachment.

Forks are exactly what I wanted however packing was not great and pieces showed up missing paint and in disarray

Wonderful for the price. Welds are extremely poor and all the metal welded together looks very cheaply done and none of it is level or flat whatsoever. But for the price you can’t beat it for cheap forks. You get what you pay for.

Bought the 3 point quick attachment, pretty much the same as you can get from Harbor fright for less then half as much. Was hoping there CAT 2 is more solid as Habor F. , it’s pretty much the same for more than twice es much money payed $120 at HF ! Compare

Overall the platform is fine. What the instructions don't tell you is to check the safety pin arms for interference with the lift truck frame. They are long enough that the inner ones caught in the lift frame and were severly bent the first time I lifted the platform. 2 Hours later after heating and straightening and making stops to adjust the opening to my fork size it works nicely and will be way safer than standing on a old pallet. Why they make it to fit a 3" thick fork is beyond me.

Attachment is fine. Customer service was terrible. Called in to get tax removed due to ag exempt. Not a big issue required more forms. Delay was a few days. Called in to check status and no one could tell me where we were in process. Waited a week called yet again as I hadn’t seen an email with any status. Was told emails are only generated after a sale is processed. How does approving an ag exemp take two weeks? Called in yet again and was told forks were on back order. Likely 6-8 weeks of delay. Only one week later get an email saying item was preparing to ship. Confused. No one I interacted with knew any reality. Sounds like they were remote and had no idea of actual progress.

I ordered a pallet fork attachment for my John Deere 1025R tractor and was excited to use it. The update told me my order would arrive within 3 days of me ordering and I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly it was supposedly going to arrive. When my order arrived it was only the forks and no frame. I waited for a few days to see if it would arrive, but when it didn't I called back. The call taker said the the delivery company (starts with F and ends with X) didn't pick it up and that if I don't get it in a week to call back. So another few days goes by without me using my pallet forks so I called back. This call taker was very helpful and right away said she was going to do another order and get it sent out and it did arrive within about 3 to 4 days like it should have. My issue is how did, F_ _ _ X not pick up the other part and our or how could shipping not ensure the frame went out with the forks. Also, when the frame arrived the paint was chipped in several locations which I kinda get, but also some areas that didn't have any paint on them and made it look like a rush job. For the price I feel it should look a little better. I know it's going to get scratches, but that should be me. I wouldn't buy a new car if it looked like that. I'm dissatisfied. I want to see what Titan will do to keep me as a customer.

I have a tax exempt already set up with titan attachments for farm use but after 30 minutes of waiting on hold to place an order, it was better for me to order online and just pay the sales tax. I’m looking at buying forks for my tractor, but afraid of what my anticipated wait time will be.
