“It has been 3 weeks since my item was supposed to be delivered and I am still waiting. My tools are my livelihood. I purchased a product from you so that I could expand my offerings. Once the item was lost I would have expected a company as big as yours to provide a replacement. Instead I've been told to just wait weeks. If I didn't need the attachment, I would not have ordered it. Good customer service would have issued me a refund or a replacement part after the first week it easy missing.”

“The bucket forks attachment works great, heavy duty and well made. The only issue I had and not really Titan Equipment fault but the box it came in was so torn up, I was glad the paperwork and the two clamp bolts were shrink wrap to the frame of the forks or else they would’ve been lost . It is quite heavy, so I’m sure that that box gets tossed around dropped and everything else by the shippers .”
“Looks to be well built and protected in the all steel crate. Would have given the experience so far a 5 star rating 1) had it not taken almost 2 months for it to arrive and 2) be able to transport the crate with 4 foot long forks by relocating the bottom crate supports.”
“I’m not really happy with Titan attachments right now. First of all it arrived and the crate was demolished. I ended up getting a scratch and dent unit even though that’s not what I ordered. Second of all, there’s a big decal on the crate that says made in China. I did not know I was buying a Chinese product because it’s not labeled anywhere on your website. I do not typically buy Chinese products. I thought I was purchasing a product made in Tennessee like some of the other titan products I have purchased in the last two years. Lastly the unit automatically to one side when I lift it up. This is not how this unit should be. The hydraulic unit should keep the more deck in place when you lift the three-point hitch and not slide all the way to one side automatically.”
