“The category 2 side of the lower pins on my hitch are too big and do not comply with the standard for category 2 pin sizes....they are almost the size of category 3 and therefore will not fit in my 3 point holes on one of my tractors. I bought this hitch specifically so it would work on both category 1 and 2. I would expect compliance with the standards for category 1 and 2. Sent pictures to your support team. But beyond that, the hitch is very well made and works well.”

“Grapple is heavy duty and works well.The only suggestion would be to move teeth so claw would shut closer together.Customer service was great and grapple arrived quickly after order.”
“Pallet forks: Wonderful product that is super strong but it was delivered with cracked powder coat and the welds were very rusty. I almost thought it was used but closer inspection satisfied me that it was new with sloppy quality control. The correspondence regarding the shipping was under whelming as two different shippers were involved. The forks came separately from the mount. I had to call to ensure there were in fact two shipments. Why not just band it to one pallet and be done with it?”

“My issue was how the portable work table was packed. When it arrived a corner of the box was missing primarily because ther was no foam block on the table top cornes just on layer of thin bubble wrap. This resulted in a bent edge. I bent it back with a plastic mallet. A few paint scratches but since this is going in my garage its not a big deal. It was easy to assemble and I would recommend anyone who needs a conveinent place to put tools, its a good buy. The height is adjustable when you need it to be. I gave it 4 stars because of the poor packing. Just adding stiff foamtp the cornes and all would have been OK.”
