“The jd hook and pin bucket I purchased was an absolute perfect fit it's about 1 1/2 bigger than the original one and much sturdier built will definitely recommend the titan products”

“The product was shipped to me damaged. It was missing a pin and a piece was cracked. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 25 dollar discount. It cost me more than that to have my welder repair. This company is usually spot on but this time I am truly disappointed in their response.”

“The Ballast box is definitley heavy duty. I would recommend it to anyone. I had 2 issues though. The lift pins and slide lid were wrapped tightly inside, which is good. Except even though the lift pins were wrapped together one of them did not have the nut and lock washer with it. It was M20 -2.50 metric so I could not just go get one easily. I had to special order it. The other issue was the courier dropped it off at the end of my drive, which is about 700 yards from my house. The pachaging was ripped on a few sides and the paint was scratched off of it in a few places. It's gonna get scratched up from me using it anyways, but you dont like for it to show up new that way.”

“It's a beast, I was able to penetrate bone dry soil down to 22 inches. To be fair I had to make two passes to get that depth. It's extremely well made and very heavy. I don't think I could ever wear it out, it's rated for 35hp max but I used it with my 40hp tractor with no issues.”

“My front hoe was very poorly built and broke on 1st use .. I wanted to get parts.to fix but the say they are out of stock and to call every week to check if they get it in. I'm very unsatisfied with there product and customer service I bought a much better quality one elsewhere and Don't plan on using Titan any more..”

“I got the Cat 1 quick hitch for my John Deere 430. It’s well built and works flawlessly right out of the box. No issues with the hook so far and I’ve hooked up a bunch of different 3 point attachments. My only gripe is that the green doesn’t match the tractor’s John Deere green perfectly but that could be because it’s an older tractor.”

“I ordered the Mini Skid Steer Receiver Hitch Mount Plate (Dingo Style), The holes where the PIN's lock in needed to be hogged out a little more in order to get the PIN's to set correctly. Overall this item is a great addition to any MiniSkid / Loader with the Dingo Attachment to be able to move trailers around the yard safely and quickly.”

“This was the best product for my small utility John Deere Tractor. I purchased the Economy 36” pallet forks, to use for gathering and moving tree branches, small downed trees, as well as to move pallets of plants and vegetables for the garden. It built with quality materials, and was simple to install, just as described in the advertisement. This is an excellent product.”

“Pleased with functionality of this rake. Works well with thick buildup of pine needles. Wish it was offered in 7’, 6’ doesn’t give me width beyond back tires. Overall a good unit that will save on raking by hand.”

“Be aware BEFORE YOU Oder! Unit was lost during shipping. I first chatted with a rep to inform them that the UPS tracking # showed the item was lost in shipping. This first rep made me wait nearly 14 calendar days to make a claim. That only makes sense if the tracking # shows it is still in transit. But the UPS web site stated: “Exception/Damage Reported/All merchandise is missing, and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender/UPS will notify the shipper about the damage.” The 2nd rep was very difficult to understand, not due to language but he was using a headset or speakerphone that was very muffled. This was even after he called me back. This customer service rep told me that for future orders if I didn't pay for shipping insurance, I would have to pay for a replacement, and I would have to eat the cost of the lost attachment!! In the meantime, the item I ordered went on sale, but they would not apply the sale price to the replacement order. Be aware, if you are going to buy from Titan pay for the shipping insurance or you might get screwed if the order is lost in shipping! I've never worked with a vendor that had this policy. However, forcing everyone to pay for shipping insurance when other vendors do not might be a deal killer. By the time the replacement arrived it was too late for the job I had scheduled. I had to purchase the attachment from another vendor to keep my timeline. I like Titan for their low prices and the attachments that I have ordered in the past were all good items for the price. However, if you are going to order from them, do not be a hurry and budget for the shipping insurance because their policy is once you order it, you are going to pay if the item arrives or not. I guess kudos are deserved to the customer service rep that made an exception for me on this policy.”

“When I received the mower, the brackets for the slide mechanism were mounted backwards. At first use of mower a grease fitting on the roller got broke. Previous reviews mention the location of this fitting as a weakness. I called technical support with a question about assembly but they didn't seem to know anything about the equipment. Despite initial faults and weak product support, I was able to assemble and use the mower. I adjusted the height of cut successfully. I am satisfied with the cut of the mower.”

“This is my 2nd purchase from titan. 1st was a set of 42" forks, 2nd was this quick hitch. Both are working great at a fraction of dealer cost.”
