“Received my stump grinder on time. However, no instructions for uncrating and very little on operation. There are 4 pins to be inserted. The smaller pins come out when grinding stumps. You put them in for transport and storage. Otherwise the machine works as it should and I am satisfied with the performance.”

“I have only used Titan Attachments website twice so far. First time was to order a replacement part for my tractor - and I ordered the wrong one. Titan made the return simple and easy. The 2nd order was for an attachment for the tractor. It arrived much earlier than expected and was exactly what I needed. So far - I'm very pleased with the service and products offered gy Titan!”

“The ordering process was fine and the delivery and condition of the product went welll. My only disappointment was the difficulty in reaching a service rep when I had to change the delivery address. The phone was never answered by a live agent and I had to leave my number for callbacks, which came, but I was frequently unavailable. Had I been able to hold for an agent, it would have been much more convenient. Also, I had to pay a $75 handling fee to change the address after paying a $75 fee with my order on top of the shipping. That seemed excessive, but the part was hard to find so I had to accept it. As I said, though, the product is in good condition and FedEx did a nice job with the delivery.”
