“Product appears good quality, and while somewhat out of your control, FedEx Freight took entirely too long to deliver. 1.5 weeks in Portland, ME, about an hour away. Was opting to pick it up, when they miraculously managed to arrange delivery the next day. Perhaps consider a different delivery service...”

“Our first order for finishing mower was great. No extra shipping charge and wasn't on sale a little over week after we got. But wife Kathy got me a Stump attachment but went on sale $70 less and charged for shipping. Contacted customer service and basically was told nothing can be done. So you lost a loyal customer.”

“I am certain I ordered a 72 in bale spear with 39 inch forks. I received a 60 in with 39 in spears. I called customer service and was told I could exchange it as long as I don’t use it. I told them I need it in now and have to use it to pick up bales. So now I can’t return it. Not happy with this experience.”
