The shipper Titan selected refused to deliver to my house. Titan never contacted me to discuss handling the situation; they just had the shipper return the equipment to them and then charged me $600.

I ordered a rotary tiller from Titan. The shipper they selected refused to deliver to my house due to its location. Titan never called me to work out any arrangements, just had the shipper return the tiller to them and then charged me $600. They never called or emailed once until the charge hit my credit card and I reached out to them. I would never purchase anything from this company.

These pallet forks are 200% better than expected. Heavy Duty. Extremely fast shipping too. This is my 3rd or 4th attachment from Titan... Never disappointed.

I was very happy with the post hole auger I received from Titan. Delivery was a debacle, I had to drive back to my cabin me after waiting 3 days for this unit to arrive.

While I really like the products, order processing leaves a lot to desired. I placed a large order, $3500, which sat for 3 weeks, no explanation or status given on the website. I finally got in contact with a third rep that told me some tax info was missing. I email the info and the products arrived all within 3 days via freight and FedEx. Not once in those 3 weeks did anyone contact me for the missing info or give/show status updates. How hard can it be to send an email, txt, or call when there is a exception in order processing, it's not like the contact info was missing. 3 stars because the products are great, but the order processing was 0. Better luck next time, maybe!
