“It appears heavy and sturdy. It came packed in a metal frame and on a wooden pallet making it easy to unload from the truck and onto a trailer. If the middle bar had been bolted on both ends it would have been easier to remove from the metal crate. I look forward to using it.”

Oh well, their return policy and price protection policies are about as good as no policies at all. Considering how well most of their products are made and their large selection it is too bad that they can't have a better customer service organization with US baised support. I will probably purchase more products but sure wish they could improve some aspects of their customer service.”

“We purchased the JD Pro series Pallet fork attachment with 36" forks. Package came in 2 seperate shippers but arrived the same day. Back plate was a little scratched up but no biggie. Figured with use it will scratch anyway. Welds are not the cleanest but nothing that won't hold up. We just used it on getting a few projects done yesterday. For the money this is a great product and saved us so much work. I highly suggest this product.”
