“The ordering process was fine and the delivery and condition of the product went welll. My only disappointment was the difficulty in reaching a service rep when I had to change the delivery address. The phone was never answered by a live agent and I had to leave my number for callbacks, which came, but I was frequently unavailable. Had I been able to hold for an agent, it would have been much more convenient. Also, I had to pay a $75 handling fee to change the address after paying a $75 fee with my order on top of the shipping. That seemed excessive, but the part was hard to find so I had to accept it. As I said, though, the product is in good condition and FedEx did a nice job with the delivery.”

“It does not fit with John Deere ( Frontier ) hay spears due to the design of the top crossmember. I’ve wasted my money on this adapter.”

“Good product (bucket teeth). Return funds on prior wrong products that was never shipped took too long to process by Titan finance department, even with me calling in twice. It took 10 days for them to process the refund on an order cancelled & reordered in 15 minutes, and then another few days by my bank because Titan couldn't modify my existing order via phone to have the correct parts.”

“Tried a lighter duty hitch from another company. Literally did not last 5 minutes and tore all to heck. The Titan is a much heavier built product. I am happy so far!”
