“60” John Deer compatible root rake grapple.
Customer care was alright to work with. They did answer most questions. Went online to order. Not bad. Shipping was quick. FedEx had a few issues but received grapple when scheduled. Grapple shipping crate was great. Easy to remove and get grapple out. Had issues with John Deer quick connect pin on grapple. One was not rotated correctly. I had to take a hammer to drive keeper pin in on one of the pins. Have not contacted titan to see what my options are. Both pins on bottom of hydraulic cylinder were missing serk fittings. They did have an arrow showing where to grease Reached out to customer and they are sending 2. Spent the day playing with 60” root rake grapple with John deer compatible quick connect. What a beast. Lots of big steel. Does exactly what I want it to do. I wish Titian had more operation information in book or manual. Or better yet do a YouTube. Example: should top rake be wide open or closed when back raking with top rake. When back raking with bottom rake should you keep top rake close or open. When digging with bottom rake should top rake be wide open or closed. If you push small trees should top rake be open or closed. Any other techniques to use so as not to damage grapple. I have a John Deer 5403 and this grapple works perfectly with this tractor. Overall one happy customer. And oh by the way I used a bicycle tube tied to grapple hydraulic hose to keep up and out of way. Attached it to brush guard on tractor.”
