Never received it! FedEx said they left it by the gate. That is down by the hwy. I figure someone saw the package and picked it up again. The third time that it has happened with FedEx. They in the past would drive it up the driveway and leave it on our porch.

I ordered and paid for a set of pellet forks and a jib boom. The pallet forks came within a week and I noted it with my signature. I put multiple calls in to tighten and to Saia, it's been a week I've had no response other than when I call them. I'm not sure if I'll even see the jib boom. In my opinion Titan should just send out another jibboom no questions asked. Two weeks is too long in my opinion. This is unfortunate I will never buy another item or recommend Titan to anybody. Really poor customer service and responsiveness. Not sure what else to say

never buy anything from you again. You sell on the internet! If I am willing to pay return freight and everything is in the original box, you should take it back for full credit. Not a ridiculous 20% restocking fee.

I messaged you about the poor or no fit of the tractor to skid steer adapter I purchased and you have been both slow and not particularly helpful. It does not fit and I'm not sure how much refabricating it will take. If something is not done soon I will be filing a complaint with your states commerce.

Worst experience ever. Your website is deceiving. I wasted and lost money due to you selling an auger bit next to a 3 point auger that doesn't fit on your website. No where in the auger bit description does is stare it is for a skid steer. Also, the auger you sold me is advertised as a 60 hp and what I recieved is a 50 hp as labeled on the shaft. Parts were also missing, I can not attach the 3 point auger to my tractor due to missing pins in the shipment. I've called repeatedly and no manager will call me back. Never doing business again with you.

Terrible warranty service, has gone on for three weeks with poor or little communication from Titan, has to be done by email. Log grapple was cheaply built and bent with 500 pound loads. Poorly built product and no warranty support whatsoever. Buyer beware

I purchased a heavy duty grapple and mounted it on a 553 loader. Within an hour the upper hydraulic cylinder pin and mounts bent. The rear plate also bent after lifting about 500 pounds. It now has been three weeks since I reported this issue to warranty and so far nothing but a run around from them. If you own a compact tractor this grapple might work. It is cheaply made and there is little or no warranty support. As of now I have spent $2,500 and have basically a boat anchor.

I ordered a full set (8) of trencher Shark and a full set (8) of the dirt trencher teeth. On the first delivery I received 1 of each teeth. I contacted customer support and they sent me 1 of each teeth again.... Then on the third try you guys once again sent me 1 of each tooth. I give up. I paid $600 for 6 teeth.... I should have received 16. Your website clearly states in the description that the order is for Qty 8.... you need to change it before this happens to the next guy. Still waiting to see if I am getting a refund.

Didn’t fit was told that was the only size they make. Poor workmanship this won’t fit anybody’s loader. Can’t talk to anyone this is the last thimble I will buy from Titan

Called ur company ...your product is good And after 3 deliverys and waiting for days My neighbors and me are very disappointed with SAYA ....YOUR DELIVERY COMPANY HAS VERY BAD BUISSENES BEHAVIOR BAD COMUNICATON THEY MAKE YOUR COMPANY LOOK VERY IMPROFESSIONAL..WE WAITED ON ALL DELIVERIES FROM YOUR COMPANY EXTRA DAYS NO EXACT TIME OR DATE JUST AN E MAIL Saying your item is in transit from theyr ware house in Fontana ...and after a failed delivery a call that they can leave the unit in the driveway ....at the final delivery we found out it was done by a third party delivery company with no çompany info At all 3 days after delivery we get numerous emails that our item is getting delivered........very unprofessional

The item is good but your policy on price reductions is terrible. You cut the price of this item in half 3 weeks after I bought it and will not give me a price refund too. Most places will give a 30 day difference back if you find the item cheaper. Not fair!!!!
