It did not fit my tractor. Yet your website said it would. Now I have to ship it back on my dime plus a 20 dollar restocking fee.

The product never arrived! The carrier, FedEx, stated the package was so badly damaged that they refused to load it on the truck. I contacted titan and after way too much run around I was finally emailed instructions to file a claim. After filing a claim I was sent an email stating they are showing the package delivered.... the delivery was not to my address. The problem is still not resolved.

I still don’t have the parts for my equipment. Been well over a week. Customer service isn’t much help. The last guy helped and has parts on the way. But if it’s the same bolts it won’t work. So it’ll be weeks that I can’t use the equipment and my job is in on hold. Not ideal.

I ordered a scratch and dent bale spear/pallet fork frame for a pin and hook John Deere. I expected scratched or dented. I didn’t expect to relocate the pins. Both pins were a half hole off. A lot of extra work, cutting the existing off, making new pins and welding in place. Yes, I saved $100 but it cost me a lot of time to correct. Mine was put together by a first week apprentice on a Friday afternoon.

I got a basket that is designed to mount on a hitch receiver. The largest hitch receiver (class 3 and 4) takes a 2" hitch. The square stock used on the basket to go into the receiver is 2 3/8. You can't put a 2 3/8" bar into a 2" opening. Customer support could not understand this very simple concept. I tried to leave a review to warn people but that does not show up on the site. I fixed the basket by cutting the tongue off and sliding 2" metal into the 2 2/8 metal leaving a new 2" tongue.

I don’t think it’s very good to put a picture of a Ramp and Rails and in small print to say ramp only. It is a lousy trick that got you one sale but that will be the last sale that you will get from me. I have bought several things off of you but that will be the last. Thomas Taylor

The rock bucket has caused lots of damage to itself and our skid steer. The grapples open too wide and it broke hydraulic lines and bent handle grips on skid steer. Also, the hydraulic lines are way too long.

Ordered a product that came damaged during shipping. They offered me a 5% discount to keep the item. would not offer a return shipping label and would charge me a 20% restock fee.

Website very confusing for forks with grapple. Ordered a new hydraulic cylinder for grapple but turned to be wrong one. Had to take apart old cylinder and swap the rams. new cylinder was too short

We did not receive it although no fault of Titan Attachments. FedEx Ground delivered it to the wrong address. I spent several HOURS talking to someone in the Philippines, (many times), with Titan and FedEx with no help. I even drove up and down the street to try to find the orange door, (picture from FedEx), but couldn't find it. I spent about 5 hours trying to sort out this fiasco. Finally, Titan is shipping me a replacement right to my home address so there shouldn't be any mistakes this time.

Never received it! FedEx said they left it by the gate. That is down by the hwy. I figure someone saw the package and picked it up again. The third time that it has happened with FedEx. They in the past would drive it up the driveway and leave it on our porch.

I ordered and paid for a set of pellet forks and a jib boom. The pallet forks came within a week and I noted it with my signature. I put multiple calls in to tighten and to Saia, it's been a week I've had no response other than when I call them. I'm not sure if I'll even see the jib boom. In my opinion Titan should just send out another jibboom no questions asked. Two weeks is too long in my opinion. This is unfortunate I will never buy another item or recommend Titan to anybody. Really poor customer service and responsiveness. Not sure what else to say

never buy anything from you again. You sell on the internet! If I am willing to pay return freight and everything is in the original box, you should take it back for full credit. Not a ridiculous 20% restocking fee.

I messaged you about the poor or no fit of the tractor to skid steer adapter I purchased and you have been both slow and not particularly helpful. It does not fit and I'm not sure how much refabricating it will take. If something is not done soon I will be filing a complaint with your states commerce.

Worst experience ever. Your website is deceiving. I wasted and lost money due to you selling an auger bit next to a 3 point auger that doesn't fit on your website. No where in the auger bit description does is stare it is for a skid steer. Also, the auger you sold me is advertised as a 60 hp and what I recieved is a 50 hp as labeled on the shaft. Parts were also missing, I can not attach the 3 point auger to my tractor due to missing pins in the shipment. I've called repeatedly and no manager will call me back. Never doing business again with you.
