Never received the product, your shipper stopped the shipment due to damage. You should have offered me a new replacement in any color. Instead you just tell me I'll get a refund 5-7 days after you receive the item returned to your warehouse. So you think you can hold on to my money for weeks for a product that never got within 200 miles of here and due to no fault of mine. That's an abusive practice especially for a 3 times previous customer. I spoke to customer service twice about these issues and was told they would talk to accounting and call me back, this hasn't happened.

Id give them no stars if i could. I called them, ask for a recommend on a quick hitch, he told me the one, i ordered it, got it, put it on tractor, and it fits none of my implements. I emailed back and forth for a week, sent pics showing them it didnt fit, they said sorry, but no returns. I asked for just a simple exchange for the correct one, but was told that they didnt have the correct one, and no refunds unless i pay 20% return fee. So they suck. They dont care about their customers. They never get another dime from me. They only want the dollar.

The root rake came damaged and the provided hardware did not fit together. How did you manage to send me nuts and bolts that are different sizes and do not fit together? Terrible.

We received the new grapple and within 15 minutes of use it was completely malfunctioning. We requested a replacement and was told to file a warranty claim. This has almost cost us a large job. We had to spend $800 to rent a grapple and have it delivered for one week. It was obviously a defective piece and should immediately be replaced without hesitation. You can call me at (606) 422-9342. Not happy with the shipment! There was no instructions in the package on how to put the piece of equipment together. I have spent a lot of money on titan products not happy with this shipment. The instructions included had no diagrams and not user-friendly.

Half of my order was delivered- After a week of back and forth with customer service I have learned that the customer is not always right. They have "checked with the carrier" to see that it was delivered - but don't care that only half made it to my delivery address. Still waiting on a resolution from Titan to make it right. We will probably be seeking out another manufacturer to provide a stump bucket grapple instead of buying from Titan attachments again.

The replacement product arrived quickly. But the process of getting a cancelation of previous order due to back order and asking for an exchange of 1 item was like pulling teeth from a donkey. Also the credit given was changed twice an lowered And has yet to be refunded. And the cost of the recent order i actually received was higher for a lesser product than I originally ordered. What a scam..charge more to replace and still no refund for original product.

I am receiving emails from Titan Attachments but did not order anything. Their customer probably used my email by mistake. I politely notified them of this, and received a reply from a human. But sadly, they did not fix the problem and keep sending me emails about the order status.

The stinger we received was scraped over 70% of the piece when I got it…I was offered $45 discount to keep it!!! I responded unacceptable discount and have not had a response back. Probably won’t be buying other pieces from Titan

The price for the pallet forks was good however immediately after order/purchase went through, I receive an email stating item is delayed out of stock…. We’ll, just a minute prior the site stated in stock…. I can understand materials not available and other uncontrolled circumstances… but I paid expedited shipping that I won’t be reimbursed…oh I did get the forks 5 days later but nearly a month and still no pallet fork body… No very pleased, I’ve been in need of this for moving materials, not a pleasant experience at all

i have several titan attachments, the quality is good. however i am not happy with the finish mower purchase. i don't have a lot of experience or knowledge, i'm new at this. however, titan sent me a pto driveshaft that was way too short, and refused to exchange it for a longer one, which they carry, so i am forced to purchase another one for $100 plus. there was no mention of the driveshaft requirements or measurements in the description of the mower, so unless you are familiar with all this, you're screwed. i didn't like the attitude of customer service on this either, stating they were doing me a favor sending the short one as its not part of the mower. i call bull!@#$ on that since the mower can't operate without a driveshaft; its why they included it in the first place. poor customer service
