The replacement part sent was the wrong part, too short to function. I tried to go back and answer the review request of the customer service experience and it had closed. I still did not get the lynch pins as per the advertised picture. The other pins are not functional without the lynch pins to hold them in place.

I still have not received the spacer. You must not validate what you are shipping. The metal packaging was bent and parts were lost during shipping.

I ordered 2 things and received one very quickly! The other I don’t have a tracking number for or email saying it’s been shipped or hasn’t. No one has updated me on what’s going on. Good products I just want to know where the rest of my order is after 2 weeks of being patient.

Pallet forks were delivered in rusted shape. Contacted customer service and was told they would refund 10% of the order so I could use those funds to remove the rust and repaint. Still waiting a couple months now for the refund. Customer service is a nightmare with Titan attachments. They continuously said the refund was already sent, yet nothing received. This week I receieved another flurry of emails saying the pallet forks were just delivered AGAIN. I got this survey link AGAIN to review. Might as well use the review to warn others.

I’m not certain if you have any idea as to what you are doing! There was nothing delivered as you stated. I did get a delivery many weeks ago. Is this what you are babbling about?

The forks didn't fit my tractor and the paint was missing in place. Also frame was bent. I called several times. Talk to one person said that customer service was very busy and they had my info. Never heard back. Fixed it myself. Won't buy from Titan again.

Haven’t been able to use, still waiting on response from Titan about the missing pins to attach forks to Quick attach plate. Not happy.

I was very happy with the pricing and the promise of a speedy delivery. However, somehow the order shipped on a route that took it hundreds of miles out of the way, taking days longer to arrive, and then only part of the order arrived. The carrier bringing the first part of the shipment merely threw the two forks out of their truck and into the dirt in front of our house in a helter-skelter fashion.

Practically every order is damaged by FedEx and is returned to Titian then re-shipped and damaged by FedEx and is returned to Titan then re-shipped. After my first shipment was damaged by FedEx and returned to Titan, I canceled my purchase because I'm sick & tired of waiting weeks/months to receive my attachments!

Bought tractor forks. 3 shipments. got 2 on nov 12 , tracking says delivered to 1784 smart rd, como ms and left at gate. I got both of them. other shipment says delivery on nov 15.. got email delivered nov 14th. tracking says only delivered to Como, ms, no address or left at gate. did not receive this shipment. I replied to email saying I did not receive this shipment. Got a response from Titan saying they would investigate the situation to verify the delivery. Did not hear back from Titan, so i disputed the charge. Payment stopped. I get email at 11:17 pm Nov 18 telling me if i stop payment, then replacement could not be sent. Why 4 days to respond. Sent email that i can drop 2 shipments off at Horn Lake, Ms address or repay to get the other shipment. Have not heard back from Titan.

The attachment (pallet forks) was delivered in three shipments. Two of the three were delivered on time….the frame and one pallet fork. The other pallet fork was lost and when I contacted a CSR, she checked with Fed Ex and told me they didn’t know where the other pallet fork was. I waited a couple more days and it still didn’t show. I called again and a different CSR told me I would have to wait another ten days before they would send another one. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would get a call before the end of the day. That did not happen. I did get a call the next day and the lady was helpful ( actually had common sense) and told me she would immediately ship another pallet fork blade. I did receive it a few days later. Really should not have to escalate to take care of such an easy issue.

i spoke to one of your staff when placing my order,sent me a set of forks that will not fit my machine(s70 bob cat )called back and was told that you don't sell forks for my machine . total waste of time and money

Came all scraped up because it was not packing with bubble wrap or foam. Tried to make a complaint and all I kept getting was to resend the pictures I had sent 5 times.

Quick connect Pins did not fit my 1025R John Deere so I will have to cut one off and have it welded.
