They sent me the wrong item. Have not rectified the situation with sending me out the proper itwm that I ordered and expect me to pay for the return of the wrong item back to them....DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Initially, the problem wasn't with Titan, but with R&L Shipping, the company you contracted to deliver the equipment. It became a problem with Titan when I contacted you about the issue and heard nothing in return. The driver dumped our wood chipper on the side of the road, a half-mile from our property, partially blocking access to the road that also services three other homes besides ours. When I contacted them, they made the excuse that they were contracted to deliver "curbside, no signature required". Again, they missed our curb by a half-mile or so. Luckily, I was getting home just after they had dumped the equipment and already had the forks (which I purchased from Titan as well...) on the tractor, so was able to quickly move the pallets out of our neighbors' driveway. As I said, I've already contacted you about this, but have heard nothing back. I will be shopping for equipment elsewhere until 1) I hear back from you, and 2) I have your assurance that you will not be using R&L Shipping for future deliveries. I emailed Titan Never heard back The steel didn’t have great paint and 2 main structural pieces of steel are rotted and pitted

Ordered a grapple... within an hour of ordering, I emailed support asking to modify the order and asked for the manuals. Support took almost 2 days to respond at which point the order has already shipped and could not be changed. Manual is still not available. This store doesn't even sell all the parts needed to hook the attachment up so I'm stuck going to a 3rd party to complete the build. No status on delivery until 20 minutes before when the driver called while I was at work. They just dropped it off in driveway and left

Forks showed up on time the carrier was shipped to Florida not Oklahoma. It then got lost and took an extra three days to arrive.

My 1st purchase from Titan, and very likely my last. I was attracted by the price and that this particular implement was/is made in the USA. Pros: 1) Relatively inexpensive 2) Delivered within 1 week...in 3 separate FedEx deliveries; for the 1st delivery I received an email and tracking #, the next 2 were surprises... 3) Made In The USA! Cons: 1) Cheap looking; looks like it belongs on a mahindra, not my Kubota...nothing like my Woods pallet forks of the same size that I have on another tractor 2) This was touted as made in USA and the Made In The USA sticker was slapped on upside down! AND it definitely stands out!! I WILL point that out as an indication of quality control. If I didn't actually own this it would be laughable, but it's just sad... I'm somewhat disappointed in the quality build of this, it just looks CHEAP, but I'll keep and make sure to point out to anyone and everyone that it's a Titan, made in the USA...

Purchased the 3 point quick hitch. It arrived in a completely damaged box. The quick hitch was in good condition. I put it on the tractor and found it would not work for the two attachments I have (Brush Hog, and Box Blade). I inquired about returning the quick hitch and was informed there is a 20% restocking fee and the item must be returned in the original shipping box. This item could have been ordered through Amazon for the same price and I do not think I would have the return issues.

the auger bit I purchased broke on the very first hole!!! it is of considerably less quality that my other augers and is now useless.

Well first off, the chain that comes with it would never get tight. Chain just banged against the bucket and I would never trust it to put heavy items up high.

I ordered pallet pin attached forks for my new tractor. I received my order in two boxes. One contained my forks in a perfectly intact box. The frame had cardboard frame around the shape of it. Taped to the metal frame was a plastic pouch. Empty. The cardboard packaging had all kinds of tearing. Now I am manually carrying boards to build shelter and fencing for my cows that are arriving in six days due to the fact I have no pins to secure my forks. It has been three days since I received my forks that are useless and I still have not received notice of any shipment of pins. I recommend that if you plan on actually using your pallet forks when they are scheduled for delivery do not order these forks

Junk! Terrible service. Been buying their stuff for years and it’s always fit perfectly! Their warranty dept rep Ralph is a liar and will not do the correct thing. Buyer beware!!

Received 2 orders that were delivered damaged. Was send 3rd one as a replacement. Been over 45 days still waiting for a resolution

ORDERED THE PRODUCT AND WAS CHARGED FOR PARTS NEVER RECEIVED WAS TOLD COULD NOT DELIVER. TO MY DEALERSHIP. TITAN REORDERED PARTS SAME THING. STILL WAITING FOR FULL REFUND. KEEP GETTING EMAILS ABOUT HOW I LIKED THE PARTS I ORDERED AND HOW WAS THE DELIVERY PROCESS. WELL, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PARTS PLEASE REFUND MY ACCOUNT.
