You guys have the absolute worst salespeople that we have ever dealt with. They don't even care that they lost a $1,000 sale. If my guys acted like that to a customer, they'd be fired on the spot. I just asked for a bucket to be discounted to last month's price and he wouldn't budge at all. Lost a $1,000 sale over $100. Retired military, Fire Dept. and I have been re-selling your products.

Lousy delivery service. Titan claims delivery is not part of their service. I didn’t buy from Federal Express, I bought from Titan. If they don’t complete the deal, then I won’t buy from them anymore.

Received without any pins so can't use the product,I contacted support and they said they are out of them too,I don't have any pins available in my area to buy them myself so pretty much screwed with a paper weight. So aggravated that a company would do this.

Ok overall quantity. Spear already bent either arrivedthat way or from moving some fairly light round bales. Assumed it was made in the USA by the price but china unfortunately. Also arrived pretty scratched up as it was not packaged in any way. It's a farm implement and will get scratched up by I didn't pay for a "used" piece of equipment.

Why doesn't Titan provide accurate Specifications on the Tine Bucket order page? If the "working length" of the tines is 15% shorter than the specified length, that's critical information! Without it, it's a Bait and Switch!

You have great products......However your shipping and packing is the worst !!!! I had to put thru a claim with Route and I am sure glad I paid for the real coverage on the delivery. Nothing was protected and my product was shipped and paint scratched and metal gouged......TRY actually protecting your products so they get to the customer in good order ????? Route was the best and took care of things ASAP....Done....I am not sure I will purchase from you again ?????

Attachment did not fit my Global Euro at all. Paid $2500 + for something that does not fit. Hoses to long and went to adjust them by cutting off and a found they used metric hose and fittings could not get to work so had to replace hoses entirely. Spent $420 to modify to work. Not sure how this will wind up for one that works. No local dealer to go to and exchanging 900# may be issue. Out $420 for hose adapts if they fully refund value. I am very hopeful that they resolve this major issue or this will not be usable. Pray for me.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I was looking to purchase a few more attachments before the end of 2023 but with the way they handled my lost shipment, I decided never to use them again and have told everyone I know not to use them. I FINALLY got my lost shipment but it was ridiculous how long I had to wait for them to process and approve a replacement. Never purchase anything from these people!

The first time I put hydralic pressure on the unit one of the hoses blew off at the fitting. The cylinder locks up every time I fully open the jaws. Just another bit of Chinese junk.

The skid steer attachment was manufactured wrong and wouldn’t attach properly to my skid steer. This costed me time and money on the job.

Pallet fork plate, does not fit standard quick attach mount. Still waiting to hear from company, was told to wait for an email reply, instead they ask for a review instead. Poor customer service. Sad have other products from them, Will not purchase from company again.

Hay Bale Spear arrived missing a pin. (maybe Titan should consider shipping the pins in the box with the spikes vs. attached to the hitch) I contacted Titan and informed them of the issue. I received an email from Joen stating: "I have checked with our warehouse and currently, the Pins are out of stock. It is still in the Production stage as we communicate and it would take 3-4 weeks to restock. What I would suggest in order to avoid waiting, you can purchase the Pins locally from a Hardware Store. Once you purchase it, give us a copy of the receipt and we will reimburse the cost of it. It's the quickest option we have now in order for you to use the attachment right away. Just bring the Pin that you have and let them check to make sure you are purchasing its exact partner. I will be waiting for your update and a photo of the receipt. Joen Titan Support" The Pin on this implement is very special and not easy to find. So, I looked online and found that this pin "Was" available at Titan. So, I ordered a pin from Titan. I sent Joen the receipt as requested. I have received some correspondence from Titan stating how they are busy and that they will look into the situation when they have time and look at reimbursing me when they get time. I am not very happy or satisfied with how this order has gone. I have been lied to and still not reimbursed as promised. There are other implements I am interested in purchasing but based on this experience I will look for alternative merchants to do business with. Randal Hicks

I purchased a scratch and dent low/ center buster from you all and all the hard ware was missing pin, bolts, nuts, washer’s everything to assemble. I have spent about 6000$ with you in the last 2 months so I called customer service asked if they could send me the hardware was basically told I should have been smart enough to read description “some hardware may be missing “ some not ever damn piece. So now once I buy hardware I will have more than regular price in it.

Came in with a burying housing broke on one end. One shipping screw is not enough could not find phone number to report. Do have picture.

very poor customer service had a problem with order and you people dont seem to care wrote like 5 emails and still nobody has got back to me with a solution also called a sat on hold for over a hour with no reply
