It looks like the hitch was dropped and one side of where my top link hooks into on this hitch was bent in about a half inch. Pretty poor shipping. Other than that, if i can get that bent back out, it seems like a good hitch and should serve the purpose for which I bought it. Hopefully bending it back out won't weaken it and cause it all to fail.

delivery was left 1 foot of the road at the edge of my driveway. then now today im assemlbing it and the wheels do not fit into the wheel frame hole is not right size. to small for the wheel shafts

Titan used 3 different shipping companies to send 3 items I ordered at the same time. 1 item came via ups, which was damaged. 1 item came via fedex, who's driver couldn't handle the items and was wrecking other customers packages accessing mine. the 3rd item came on a proper freight truck. I had to return the damaged item, costing time (that irreplaceable commodity) and frustration due to titan's "support" staff does not understand english or the products. Outsourcing support departments has been one of the biggest deteriorators of all our social systems.

zero phone support. agents who neither understand [they "speak" it, but don't "know" it] english nor have any idea about the products

After an almost 6 week ballast box arrived looking like it was dragged on concrete with one lower mounting ear bent so badly it will not mount on tractor still no response on how Titan wants to resolve problem. It has been almost two months now since ordering and still no working ballast box I have spoken with Joe, Laura, Esther and will be making my 6th call this AM to "Jinky". I bought this box for winter and we are now entering the snow season and I need the box ASAP. Ron Brown

The tooth bar I purchased does not fit my bucket. I have reached out to customer service twice to return the product with no response. The product appears to be good quality but the customer service is awful.

The item we ordered was a scratch and dent which we understand means it will not be perfect. However, the item came with less than 50% of the parts necessary to even be able to put it together. We ordered this item weeks ago becaue it was needed and we are still unable to use it because we are waiting on replacement parts so we can assemble it. Only then will we know if we still have all of the parts because the instruction manual that was sent was not correct. Very unsatisfied with our experience.

The package was damage upon arrival and parts may have been damage, a large bolt that holds the rake to the frame. I will not be able to determine that until the missing part (a large handle with a nut welded on) arrives and I can put it on. I contacted Titan Friday afternoon via telephone where no one answered, I left a call back number, no one called back. I finally sent an email and recieved a response on the following Monday. I paid an additional $45 to have the ATV Landscape rake delivered before the rains came so that I could use it. When it got here it was damaged. To date the replacement part has still not arrived, that was twelve days ago, so I am still waiting. I will be getting all my implements from Everything Attachments from now on.

the day after i received my item it went on sale for $250 less than I paid and titan refused to price match their product

Items were dropped at end of lane. 1 Mile from house. Over $700 item left for anyone to pick up and take. Bad way to do business.
