Good product but zero customer service. When I first ordered it, the salesperson insisted he'd sent a link to my email to complete transaction. Nothing was in my email nor spam. Called, on hold for 40 minutes, same answer...still not received. Four times, so I finally just purchased from the site. I was told I would be contacted to schedule delivery. That NEVER HAPPENED. I received an email with graphic informing me item was in transit. NO CALL regarding scheduling I called multiple times to ask about delivery, to ask for contact information from trucking firm...it (again) too multiple times and STILL NO ONE CONTACED ME TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY. Then on a Friday night, when I was off the property (work having ended) I received notice the item was being delivered. At night, after hours, no one contacted. I called Titan and the rep lied to me and said it had not been delivered but the driver did come to our farm at night but had the good sense to not drop it off in the dark with no one to sign for it. Again,NO ONE contacted us to schedule delivery. The following Monday, I called multiple times to find out the status of the delivery. No one on the end of the phone could help at all. The driver did come, around noon, the items was delivered but it was a headache from an administrative position. One of the hose couplings did not fit (and I contacted a third party to help since Titan does not offer customer service) and again, emails of FAQs and a manual we already have. Literally hours on the phone...and the last one I opted for call back that NEVER happened.

The wrong item was shipped and when I contacted the company they said they couldn’t get me the part I ordered. They have the part but couldn’t give it to me at the price I paid originally so they refunded me and cancelled my order. I’m not pleased because the parts there but the customer service isn’t able to make things right and get me the part I ordered because of their mistake.

Horrible. Shipped the ballast box with one ply of cardboard and plastic. no wonder the paint got gouged and one of the arms was bent. then told me i didn't buy the shipping insurance (which was over half the value of the box). ultimately told me i couldn't return it and offered a take or leave offer of 10% off. i will never buy again. how are they still in business?

I payed extra for the shipping insurance because I know things happen. When only 2 of the 8 teeth and shanks showed up, I called and was on hold for close to an hour waiting for someone to address my issue. I was directed to contact Route to file a clam, after waiting almost 3 days for the follow up email to start the clam. I then went through the process, which seems a little fishy as they only refund through PayPal or Venmo. I received the email saying that the refund would be in my Venmo account in 24hr. Have waiting 48hrs, still nothing. I contacted Titan and they pushed it back to Route (whom you can’t call to talk to anyone) I still have not received my refund and this will most likely be my last purchase from Titan. Customer service is poor after the sale and good luck filing a clam.

Very poor. I received my bale spear and the main spear is loose and wont tighten up been dealing with customer support for a week and a half and have gotten nowhere other than a few emails answering the same questions over and over. I will not buy from titan again just off this experience

Worst customer service ever. I bought a grapple attachment for my brand new 2024 John Deere 325G they assured me that it would fit. I received the unit and upon connecting everything and pre-workday inspection I noticed that the hydraulic hose coupling and the grapple make contact when opened. I have the proper hose retainers to keep the hoses out of the way. However, when you pick up anything heavy and try to open or tilt the attachment, it makes contact with the units hydraulic disconnects. It is not misuse it is a bad fitment. Within 20 minutes of using , it blew the hydraulic hose at the fitting to flange connection. There is no correcting this problem. It’s simply does not fit or work. Titan Attachments customer service basically told me sorry we are declining your claim for misuse. They’re trying to tell me that it’s my fault because I open the grapple Too far? Absolutely ludicrous. They offer no suggestions and are not willing to come up with a problem. I basically have a $3000 paperweight I cannot use and will have to try to sell to somebody else. Spend a little bit more money and buy American made products .

I received a damaged frame and the settlement was $37.00. Not cool. Especially when I the get a notification for buying damaged equipment at $200 savings.

Missing parts. Sent an email and have not heard back yet. Have purchased many Titan products before and usually good but not this time. Will update if they make things right.

This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They are now in court with us for committing fraud. If you have a warranty claim they will simply lie and drag it on forever. I basically have a grapple that is useless due to poor manufacturing and they are willing to do nothing about it. I have caught them is multiple lies in emails. This is a poor quality product with no warranty support

Once again titan has disappointed, last time I ordered a scratch and dent plow no hard ware came to assemble it called was basically told get over it u bought scratch and dent. So this time I ordered an attachment that was not scratch and dent again no hard ware including the main top hook that makes the Attachment useless I didn’t bother to call as knew I would be told get over it again. So I’m left buying main top hook, bolts to assemble it bolts to assemble the plow as well thanks a lot Titan why don’t you get some customer service about you and send me all the parts I need to make the chunks of metal useful.

Delivery company never contacted me. They just showed up. then the tractor trailer got stuck in my driveway. Had to get local farmer with Tractor to pull him out. then he could not use his electric forklift because it wouldn’t fit underneath the pallet. The whole situation was very stressful.

item arrived late and packagin was badly damaged. Item was damaged and scratched all over. Titan Attachments is now playing games and not addressing the problem. Very poor customer service.
