The grapplers are junk! The pins are held in by small screws, rattle loose after 30min. 1 hour the hose lines leaked and left grappler fell back on connections. Fixed issue, bought new lines and tighten everything up. Ran for total of 6 hours and the Grappler pivot pin feel out then grapple fell into connections ruining aux hook ups on Machine. Also bent the grappler due to the pin falling out. Simple brush piling and debris and can complete simple jobs. Sent pictures and called. No response for 2 days.

Had an issue with the gearbox on my new flail mover that I bought in November. I bought a new gearbox and they sent me the wrong one. After several calls I was told it was in the warranty dept. I have yet to hear from them.

Threads were too tapered and thin to screw on tight had to buy a different brand

I wouldn't normally leave feedback unless something is exceptional but I've been asked every day for the past 2 weeks. The support I received after being shipped a wildly wrong product was very helpful in the end, but took longer than it should've and the messages were hard to follow due to whatever system y'all are using. Im not dissatisfied but I do not need to be pestered into leaving a review. Also I ordered 3 mounting plates and can't believe they were shipped ground and not on a freight truck. What was left of the packaging was destroyed and the FedEx was not a fan.

The plate was 1/2" off I had to weld a plate in to fill it. The locking pins won't fit otherwise. Very disappointed. I need it the next day or I would have sent it back. I will not be buying from them again.

You didn’t ship all of my order together. I wasn’t told half of it was back ordered and over a month out until after you shipped half of it. I had to call several times to find out what was going on. This is not good customer service and I am looking today elsewhere to see if I can find what I need. So I may be canceling and getting a refund.

Bad shipping and handling. Never shipped 2 of the four packages. One that shipped was so poorly packaged that half the components escaped the box during shipping. Customer service was a struggle and they made me feel 'lucky' to have the order fulfilled without getting my credit card company involved. Bad experience and likely won't shop Titan again.

Quick hitch was damaged in shipment and the hook was welded crooked. It is inoperable and they will not refund me or replace it.

Good product but zero customer service. When I first ordered it, the salesperson insisted he'd sent a link to my email to complete transaction. Nothing was in my email nor spam. Called, on hold for 40 minutes, same answer...still not received. Four times, so I finally just purchased from the site. I was told I would be contacted to schedule delivery. That NEVER HAPPENED. I received an email with graphic informing me item was in transit. NO CALL regarding scheduling I called multiple times to ask about delivery, to ask for contact information from trucking firm...it (again) too multiple times and STILL NO ONE CONTACED ME TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY. Then on a Friday night, when I was off the property (work having ended) I received notice the item was being delivered. At night, after hours, no one contacted. I called Titan and the rep lied to me and said it had not been delivered but the driver did come to our farm at night but had the good sense to not drop it off in the dark with no one to sign for it. Again,NO ONE contacted us to schedule delivery. The following Monday, I called multiple times to find out the status of the delivery. No one on the end of the phone could help at all. The driver did come, around noon, the items was delivered but it was a headache from an administrative position. One of the hose couplings did not fit (and I contacted a third party to help since Titan does not offer customer service) and again, emails of FAQs and a manual we already have. Literally hours on the phone...and the last one I opted for call back that NEVER happened.

The wrong item was shipped and when I contacted the company they said they couldn’t get me the part I ordered. They have the part but couldn’t give it to me at the price I paid originally so they refunded me and cancelled my order. I’m not pleased because the parts there but the customer service isn’t able to make things right and get me the part I ordered because of their mistake.

Horrible. Shipped the ballast box with one ply of cardboard and plastic. no wonder the paint got gouged and one of the arms was bent. then told me i didn't buy the shipping insurance (which was over half the value of the box). ultimately told me i couldn't return it and offered a take or leave offer of 10% off. i will never buy again. how are they still in business?
